摘要
A公司是一个科技型企业,对于A公司的发展来说,如何激发员工的积极性,对于
其工作效率和工作业绩来说至关重要。这些年A公司获得了较快的发展,公司规模不断
壮大,就现阶段的发展来看,其管理能力对其未来的发展高度具有决定性作用。就A公
司而言,需提高人力资源管理管理能力。要想实现这一点,需建立完善的薪酬管理体系
完善的薪酬管理体系可以激发职工工作热情,将他们的潜在能力挖掘出来,为公司可持
续发展贡献力量
本课题研究时,以A公司为研究对象,对其目前实施的薪酬管理体系作出全方位的
调研分析,同时在对现阶段职工对该企业薪酬管理的意见建议、需求等进行全面调研的
基础上,查找其存在的问题,然后针对性的运用有关方法与理论,在健全薪酬管理机制
方面给出具体的应对策略。就薪酬管理而言,对A公司来说,第一,需以职级考评为切
入点,建立技术职称评定机制,让职工能够得到大量发展与升职的机会,同时在畅通行
政与技术两个方面晋升通道的基础上,调动越来越多的职工不断增强其技术能力;第二,
加大夜班补贴与津贴力度,将其与行政、技术晋升通道有机相结合,同等等级的职工的
补贴与津贴一样,而对于技术型职工,则要加大补贴与津贴的力度。第三,从总体薪酬
结构层面来看,需加大绩效工资的占比,将其激励作用最大程度地发挥出来。希望在对
A公司目前实施的薪酬激励体系进行研究的基础上,构建一个客观的、效率高的、公平
的薪酬激励体系,能够让薪酬管理的激励性作用得以充分的发挥,基于此激发职工工作
的热情,让A公司获得更多的经济收益,不断增强市场竞争水平

Abstract
Company A is A technology enterprise. For the development of company A, how to
stimulate employees' enthusiasm is crucial to their work efficiency and performance. Over the
years, company A has gained rapid development, and the company has been growing in size.
As for the current development, its management ability has A decisive role in its future
development. In terms of A company, the ability to increase human resources management, in
order to achieve this, need to establish A perfect compensation management system, perfect
the compensation management system can stimulate staff's work enthusiasm, to tap their
potential ability, sustainable development contribution strength for the company.
Based on this, this topic research, with A company as the research object, the
compensation of the implementation of the current management system to make A
