本文阐述了财务管理、集团财务管理的基本概念。同时，对常见的集团财管
模式进行讨论，认为集团企业应该根据自身实际情况，进行合理的集权与分权
接着，在简单交代 A 集团公司基本情况后，本文对其财务管理现状及其中的问题
进行分析。发现该集团存在盈利能力低、周转时间长、库存较大、债务风险较高
等财务不足，并进一步导致其财务披露不准确、信息孤岛现象严重。本文第三章
中，以通用电气及海尔集团为标杆，讨论了国内外典型集团公司的财务管理经验
最后，针对 A 集团公司存在的财务管理问题，提出了加强财务管理的对策和建议

Abstract
After decades of economic development, China&39;s market economy has been
developed to a relatively mature stage, capital in the allocation of social resources,
concentrated and re creation process plays a more and more important role in the link.
the large number of enterprises through the acquisition, merger and holding the way the
composition of enterprise groups. The industry group company in the development of
the industry plays a guidance, rules or important participants of the role; at the same
time, also for the society provide a lot of employment, and the Chinese society of
individuals or group activity play provides an important platform.
The paper expounds the basic concept of financial management, financial
management. At the same time, the common group financial management modes are
discussed. It is considered that the group enterprise should according to their own actual
conditions, reasonable of centralization and decentralization. Then, after a brief account
of the basic situation of A group, this paper analyzes the status of its financial
management and its problems. It is found that the group has low profitability, long
working hours, large inventory, high debt risk and financial problems, and further
causes the financial disclosure is not accurate, the information island is serious. In the
third chapter, the Haier group and GE group as the benchmark discussed the domestic
and foreign typical group company&39;s financial management experience. Finally, aiming
at the financial management problems of A group of the countermeasures and
suggestions are put forward to strengthen financial management.
