我国金融市场竞争日益白热化,考虑到商业银行的金融产品同质化现象严
重,客户的个性化金融需求越来越多,创新金融产品服务和打造“全系列”金融产
品是商业银行特别是区域商业银行的发展方向。21 世纪以来,伴随着我国电子
商务活动特别是互联网金融的飞速发展,小微金融所针对的客户服务对象日益
凸显出规模人群大、服务门槛低的特点;小微客户也愈发成为未来投资的四大
主力客户之一,他们是未来经济发展的依仗群体。渠道扁平化与微利营销则是
小微金融企业未来发展的必然趋势,小微客户群已成为我国经济增长的“第四利
润源”。同时伴随着小微金融市场的日益壮大,小微企业融资难,“P2P”等新的服
务类型和监管难题等新问题也逐渐被提上议程,成为商业银行创新金融产品,
开拓业务“蓝海”所面临的新困难,随着技术的发展,线下金融企业和纯互联网金
融企业的激烈竞争在客户关怀维度也考验活动类型的质量与效果,而线下金融
部门和线上金融部门目标客户替代与重合则考验着活动效率的此消彼长的状

小微金融是金融公司服务于小微企业这种特殊群体,并为他们活动提供特
定产品和特定服务的过程。如何更好的提升企业服务品质,寻找新的获利增长
点是小微金融产品设计的出发点和落脚点。本文依托现有主要产业政策,在分
析目标对象小微金融活动质量同时,尝试对小微企业金融服务的等级进行行业
评定,从而形成较规范化的行业标准;从 MS 银行小微金融服务的现有优势和障
碍分析过程得出产品设计思路和产品服务的功能优化,并以具体的金融产品案
例和服务流程做法进行现场分析,同时对小微金融产品活动所涉风险进行发掘
和如何防范提出具体建议,并结合企业所在城市现实状况提出发展小微金融服
务业的对策思路

通过全文分析,本文得出的基本结论有如下观点:一是目前我国特别是发
达城市小微金融服务水平已从“数量式”发展过渡到了“内涵式”发展阶段;二是不
同金融机构对小微金融产品的多层嵌套事实上已使得风险控制呈现“隐藏性”特
点,这对不同体量的金融机构防范风险提出了新的挑战;三是 MS 银行小微金融
产品发展存在客户类型不全面、盈利不稳定,这需要特定部门重塑组织架构和
人力资源安排,同时部门的信息共享和互通是拓展业务利润稳定来源的关键

and how to prevent specific recommendations and comments, combined with the
