本文首先阐述了城镇化与城郊地区旅游业的相关概念，介绍了城镇增长、旅
游发展、旅游营销相关理论以及国内外关于城镇化建设与旅游业发展的有关研究
成果，旨在为后续分析提供理论上的支撑和依据。其次，对我国城镇化和城郊地
区旅游业发展进行回顾、总结，并指出城镇化和城郊地区旅游业发展中存在的问
题，提出城镇建设与城郊地区旅游业发展的相互作用机制。在此基础上，综合运
用相关性分析、SWOT 分析、波特五力模型分析等方法，对天津市津南区城镇化
背景下旅游业发展的内外部环境、机遇与挑战、发展趋势等进行全面分析。在结
合上述分析的基础上，借鉴国内外经验，从规划、文化特色、营销、产业融合、
人才保障和环境建设六个方面，提出加快旅游业发展的对策建议。最后，得出结
论，指出不足。主要结论是：城镇化将会对天津津南区旅游业发展产生正反两方
面影响，实现城镇化背景下旅游业的发展，既要放宽视野，按照创新、协调、绿
色、开发、共享五大理念，积极探索新的路径；又要立足实际，注重保护传统文
化、突出地域特色、改善生态环境，最终实现城镇建设与旅游业发展的良性互动、
融合发展

ABSTRACT
At present, China&39;s urbanization process is further deepened, the number and
scale of towns, as well as urban population is increasing. Urbanization has optimized
the allocation of resources such as capital, land and labor, promoted the optimization
of industrial and urban-rural distribution structure. It has also brought very important
opportunities for the development of tourism industry, especially in suburbs.
Therefore, for Jinnan District of Tianjin, it is of great significance to study local
tourism development under the background of sustained and rapid urbanization
progress. If Jinnan District can play its own advantages of location, resources,
environment and labor force, grasp the opportunity of resource reallocation brought
by urbanization, overcome the shortcomings of disorderly competition and blind
development, and scientifically promote the development of tourism , not only can
enhance the support of industry, expand the economic strength, promote the
integration of industries and regions, but also can provide more employment
opportunities, increase the income of residents, improve the local environment,
preserve the cultural mark, so as to achieve the mutual promotion of urban
construction and tourism development.
Firstly, this paper describes related concepts of urbanization and suburban
tourism, introduces the theory of urban growth, tourism development, tourism
marketing and related researches on urbanization and tourism development at home
and abroad, , to provide theoretical support and basis for subsequent correlation
analysis. Secondly, the paper reviews and summarizes the urbanization and tourism
development in the suburbs, points out the problems in the urbanization and tourism
development in the suburbs, and puts forward the interaction mechanism between the
urban construction and tourism development. Thirdly, this paper comprehensively
uses Correlation analysis, SWOT analysis and Porter&39;s five-force model to analyze the
internal and external environment, opportunities and challenges, and development
trend of tourism development in Jinnan District of Tianjin. On the basis of the above
analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions to speed up the tourism
development from the aspects of planning, cultural characteristics, marketing,
industry integration, talent protection and environment construction. In the end, thisIII
paper draws the conclusion and points out the deficiency. The main conclusion of this
paper is that urbanization will have both positive and negative effects on the
development of tourism in Jinnan District of Tianjin, to realize the tourism
development under the background of urbanization, we must actively explore the new
path according to the five concepts of innovation, coordination, green, development
and sharing, but also pay attention to the protection of traditional culture, highlight the
regional characteristics and improve the ecological environment, finally realizes
benign interaction and mutual promotion between urbanization and tourism
development .
