摘要
创新为企业的发展注入活力，一个企业在市场中的地位在很大程度上受到
创新的影响。同时，一个企业的要想提升自己的核心竞争力也要依靠创新来实
现。因此，有大量的学者做了许多关于创新的研究，试图将创新应用于企业中
以提升企业的创新能力。越来越多的企业也认识到创新的重要性，开展了大量
创新研究，特别是军工企业。在国防工业中，军工企业的地位毋庸置疑，是我
国国家安全的支柱，因此军工企业也必须置身于市场经济的大环境之中，更应
该重视企业改革与创新。一旦符合条件，军工企业就应该走向上市，以此来跟
上世界军工发达国家同行的步伐，促进我国的国防建设和经济建设

由于长期以来我国军工企业在计划经济模式下运行，正逐步走向市场化，
因此缺乏相关创新经验，而且一些成熟的创新理论，经验又不能直接应用于我
国上市军工企业。因此，本文结合我国上市军工企业发展现状，通过对我国上
市军工企业创新能力的影响因素进行鉴别和分析，提出提升上市军工企业创新
能力的对策和建议

本文通过整合分析国内外学者已有的研究，首先对上市军工企业、创新进
行了概念界定，然后提出创新理论和企业组织理论，为本文的研究提供理论基
础。同时对上市军工企业的发展现状及存在问题进行了分析;文章接下来提出了
上市军工企业创新能力的影响因素，并建立 DEMATEL 模型，分析影响因素的
内在联系，筛选出主要影响因素，接着选用上市军工企业财务报表中 2007-2015
年的相关数据进行了实证分析，找出各个因素对创新能力的影响作用，最后从
影响因素角度出发，基于企业外部、内部两个方面对上市军工企业创新能力的
提升提出了相关建议

Abstract
Innovation provides vitality for the development of enterprises. The market
position of a enterprise is influenced by innovation to a large extent. At the same
time, innovation is also an important factor in determining the core
competitiveness of enterprises. Lots of scholars have done many researches on
innovation.With the continuous development of the economy and the increasingly
fierce market competition, enterprises especially the military enterprises focus on
how to use their own resources to carry out independent innovation activities and
then enhance the market competitiveness effectively.
In a long time, military enterprises in China run in the planned economy
model, but it is gradually moving towards the market, , and some mature
innovation theory and experience can not be directly applied to military
enterprises in China because they are short of relevant innovation experience.
Therefore, according to the present situation of the development of military
enterprises in China, this paper analyzes the influencing factors and the factors of
innovation ability of military enterprises in our country, and obtains the methods
of improving innovation ability, and puts forward corresponding suggestions and
opinions according to the actual situation.
This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign scholars &39;existing research, first
defines the concept of military enterprises and innovation ability and analyzes the
current situation and existing problems of military enterprises. It also put forward
the influencing factors of military enterprises&39; innovation ability .And this paper
establishes the DEMATEL model, analyzing the internal relations of the
influencing factors, selecting the main influencing factors, and then use the
2007-2010 data of the listed companies in the financial statements and make
regression analysis. It also analysis of the impact of factors and innovation
relationship, and finally combined with the empirical results, to enhance the
innovation ability based on the outside of the enterprise and the internal aspects of
the military enterprises.
