摘要
随着经济的发展与科技的进步,我国国民收入有了很大的提高,
人们的观念发生了变化,农产品质量安全正在成为全球性关注的突出
问题。农产品质量安全涉及生产、加工、销售领域多个环节,其中生
产环节是形成农产品质量问题的源头,影响农产品质量最大的因素便
是农药的使用。我国茶文化历史悠久,源远流长,茶叶是我国社会大
众非常喜欢的健康饮料。近年来,随着全球茶叶消费量的递增,以及
人们绿色消费意识日益增强,茶叶质量安全问题受到广泛的关注,特
别是茶叶农药残留,成为目前茶叶消费者最关心的问题。目前仍然有
一些家庭农场使用了已禁止在茶园中使用的农药或使用了某些不合
格农药产品,导致茶叶中农药残留超标。本文以AK县254户家庭农
场作为抽样调查的样本,根据抽样调查数据,探讨分析了农药使用行
为受哪些因素的影响,通过实证来研究不同因子对农药使用行为的影
响程度,根据各因子影响程度的不同,提出规范家庭农场农药使用行
为的对策建议

本文分为七个部分。第一部分为前言,阐明了本文研究意义与背
景,还介绍了研究方法、研宄目标、技术路线、研宄内容创新之处以
及研宄特色;第二部分对国内外研宄现状进行概括;在本文的第三部
分中,探讨了 AK县茶业家庭农场农药使用行为现状及存在的问题;
第四部分在了解国内外研宄现状和AK县茶业家庭农场农药使用行
为情况的基础上,对AK县茶业家庭农场农药使用行为的影响因素进
行归类,分析有哪些因素会影响茶业家庭农场的农药使用行为;在本
文的第五部分中,根据问卷数据进行AK县茶业家庭农场农药使用行
为影响因素的列联表分析,找出了 AK县茶业家庭农场农药使用行为
主要的影响因素,然后利用Logistic模型,通过实证分析对AK县茶
业家庭农场农药使用行为相关因子的影响程度;在本文的第六部分
中,通过对调查和实证结果的分析,提出规范家庭农场农药使用行为
的对策;在本文的第七部分,总结本文的研究结果并且进行讨论,同

本文利用列联表法分析研究后发现:农场茶树种植面积、农场茶
青产量、农场主读书年限、农场中高中文化程度的员工数、农场中高
中及以上文化程度的员工数、茶青买卖时是否进行农药残留检测、是
否有茶园施用农药的示范服务、农场员工中是否有人参加农药施用法
规的培训和是否拒绝购买市面上的违禁农药这9个变量与AK县茶业
家庭农场农药使用行为存在显著相关。构建二元logistic回归模型,
米用 Logistic (enter)回归分析、Logistic (Back ward:wald)回归分
析得出:农场主读书年限、农场员工中是否有人参加农药施用法规的
培训和是否拒绝购买市面上的违禁农药3个因素是显著影响家庭农
场农药使用行为的因素。根据以上数据可以说明,农场员工中是否有
人参加农药施用法规的培训的影响最大,它与是否拒绝购买市面上的
违禁农药和农场主读书年限都对家庭农场农药使用行为有正向影响

Abstract
The quality and safety of agricultural products is becoming a global
concern. The quality and safety of agricultural products involve many
links in the fields of production, processing and sale. Among them, the
production link is the source of the quality of agricultural products, and
the production behavior of farmers directly affects the quality of
agricultural products. Pesticide use is the key link to the quality and
safety of agricultural products. Tea is a traditional agricultural product of
our country. It is a healthy, green and natural drink enjoyed by consumers.
In recent years, with the increasing of the global tea consumption, and
people are increasingly aware of the importance of green consumption,
tea quality safety problem is widely concerned, especially the pesticide
residues in tea, tea is currently most concerned about consumer issues.
Farmers use pesticides is unreasonable and the key source of pesticide
residues in tea, tea farmers use has been banned the use of pesticides in
tea garden or the use of some unqualified pesticide products are the main
factors leading to exceed the standard of pesticide residues in tea. The tea
industry can be said to be an important economic pillar in AK County,
since the use of pesticides is inevitable, how to ensure the tea product
does not exceed the standard of pesticide residues, it became AK County
family farm and the relevant government departments must solve the
problem. This paper takes AK County 254 family farms as the survey
sample frame, according to the survey data, the main factors influence the
behavior of tea farmers, an empirical analysis of the influence degree of
each factor, according to each factor influence,puts forward
countermeasures and suggestions to regulate the family farm pesticide use
behavior.

introduction, mainly on the research background and significance,
research objectives, research contents, research methods and technical
route, research characteristic and innovation in this paper; the second part
summarizes the research status at home and abroad; the third part

understanding on the factors affecting the behavior of the AK county tea
family farm pesticides are classified and presumably the influence factors
of the AK county tea family farm pesticide use behavior; the fifth part
according to the questionnaire data AK county tea family farm analysis of
pesticide use behavior, find out the behavior of using the AK county tea
family farm pesticide Furthermore, the Logistic regression model was
used to analyze the influential factors of pesticide use behavior of tea
family farms in AK county. The sixth part puts forward the
countermeasures and suggestions to regulate the family farm pesticide use
survey results and empirical results; the seventh part of the results of this
study were summarized and discussed, and points out some deficiencies
in this study.
