摘要
随着十九大拉开帷幕,整个金融行业革新将面临更为严峻的挑战,从计划经
济时代四大国有银行,到现在的村镇银行、地方性银行、股份制银行、国有商业
银行乃至外资银行,在利率市场化的今天,对于 2016 年刚上市的中国邮政储蓄
银行来说,需要更高标准的服务质量和客户体验,归根结底人才发展战略才是这
场激烈竞争中的主要因素。有鉴于此,建立心情舒畅的工作环境、公平公开的竞
争机制、成熟有效的职业规划,这样的激励机制才能防止优秀员工流失、提升自
身的服务服务质量、提高邮储的品牌价值

本文以中国邮政储蓄银行九江市分行中低层员工为研究对象,整理归纳现有
激励理论研究成果,分析邮储银行九江市分行员工绩效考核、组织结构框架、晋
升制度,找出其员工激励机制中的不足之处,并对存在问题提出有效的措施,希
望能对其他银行员工激励机制提供参考

本文在分析现代员工激励的理论基本理论后,结合邮储银行九江市分行员工
激励现状,指出存在考核机制不够科学、岗位配置与晋升不合理、员工培训投入
不足、精神奖励形式化、激励机制建设缺乏整体规划等问题。针对其员工激励存
在的问题,梳理出员工激励因素,并以调查问卷的方式对影响邮储银行九江市分
行员工激励因素进行排序分析,以此为依据提出实施有效的员工激励策略。员工
激励机制框架下包含三个机制:薪酬激励机制;个人成长激励机制;工作环境激
励机制;在文章的最后针对性的提出邮储银行九江市分行员工激励机制对策

With the nineteen reform kicked off, the entire financial industry will face more
severe challenges from the era of the planned economy, the four major state-owned
banks, to the current rural banks, local banks, joint-stock banks, state-owned
commercial banks and foreign banks, in the interest rate market today, the postal
savings bank in 2016 just listed China it requires higher standards of service quality
and customer experience, after all the talent development strategy is the fierce
competition in the main factors. In view of this, a happy working environment, fair
and open competition mechanism, mature and effective occupation planning, such
incentives to prevent outstanding employees turnover and enhance their service
quality, enhance the brand value of postal savings.
In this paper, the postal savings bank of Jiujiang branch Chinese lower level
employees as the research object, summarizes the existing incentive theory research,
analysis of the postal savings bank of Jiujiang branch staff performance appraisal,
organization structure, promotion system, find out the deficiencies in the incentive
mechanism, and puts forward some effective measures for solving the problems,
hoping to provide a reference for the other bank staff incentive mechanism.
Based on the analysis of the basic theory of modern incentive system, combined
with the status quo of the postal savings bank of Jiujiang branch staff incentive, points
out the existing problems the evaluation mechanism is not scientific, and job
allocation is not reasonable, staff promotion training inadequate and spiritual reward
form, the lack of overall planning and construction of incentive mechanism.
According to the staff incentive problems, sort out the incentive factors, and the
questionnaire of the postal savings bank of Jiujiang branch staff incentive factors are
sorted and analyzed, based on which the effective strategies for the implementation of
employee incentive. Contains three words: the incentive mechanism under theframework of the mechanism of compensation incentive mechanism for personal
growth; incentive mechanism; incentive mechanism in the work environment; finally
put forward the postal savings bank of Jiujiang branch staff incentive mechanism.
