本文运用竞争力的相关理论,采用 PEST 模型、波特五力模型、SWOT 模型,
通过调查、访谈等方式获取第一手资料,同时对有关资料进行收集和整理,并结
合懒人家政公司的实际,研究公司经营现状、存在的问题,以及提升市场竞争力
的建议。具体来说,第一,懒人家政公司应该加强市场推广力度,包括加强市场
推广团队建设、明确目标市场、大力推进新媒体推广、构建并扩大基础客户群;
第二,多措并举、突破资金瓶颈,包括“苦炼内功”、完善内部治理结构及财务管
理,研读政策、借力政策杠杆撬动企业发展,对接风投、创新融资方式、拓宽融
资渠道,寻找共鸣、与商业银行金融创新同频共振;第三,加强团队建设,包括
开放多元、引进高级管理人才,能力置首、优胜劣汰、公平竞争,建立健全高层
管理团队激励机制,重视“梯队建设”;第四,调整经营模式,包括在重庆主城建
立分公司,在成都市区建立分公司,扩大经营范围。笔者相信,只要懒人家政公
司充分利用自己的技术优势和创新能力,正视发展过程中存在的问题,扬长避短,
不断提升自己的市场竞争力,公司一定会越来越好
本文共分为六个部分。第一部分是绪论,包括选题背景、研究的目的与意义、
研究的内容与方法。第二部分是竞争力理论概述,主要阐述了竞争与竞争力理论、
国内外研究现状、分析工具。第三部分是懒人家政公司竞争现状分析,包括公司
经营现状、公司市场竞争分析以及在市场竞争中存在的主要问题。第四部分懒人
家政公司提升市场竞争力的对策。第五部分是结论,对全文进行了总结

Research on the countermeasures to enhance
the competitiveness of domestic companies
—— a case study of Lanren domestic company
Abstract
With the rapid development of China&39;s economy and society, people have a higher
and higher demand for domestic service. The numbers of domestic companies have
been rising, especially domestic O2O companies, and Lanrendomesticcompanyis the
typical domestic enterprises. Under the new normal, faced with fierce competitive
markets, companies are constantly seeking to improve the strategies of competitive
strength, so the study of the company&39;s competitive strength and strategies is very
necessary.
This paper uses the theory of competitiveness, the Potter PEST model, five forces
model, SWOT model, and obtains first-hand information through surveys and
interviews. The related data were collected and combined with the reality of Lanren
domestic company. The thesis focuses on a research of company&39;s business status,
problems itis facing, and gives suggestions on how to enhance competitive strength.
Specifically, the Lanrendomesticcompany should strengthen the marketing efforts,
including strengthening the construction of marketing team, clearing the target market,
and vigorously promoting the construction of new media promotion, and expanding the
customer base. Secondly, take measures to break the bottleneck of funds, including
perfecting the internal management structure and financial management, studying on
the policy, advancing the development of enterprises by taking advantage of policy
leverage, venture capital, innovative financing methods, broadening the financing
channels, and achieving simultaneous resonance with commercial banks’ financial
innovation. Thirdly, strengthen the team building, including the introduction of open
and diversified, senior management personnel, giving priority to ability, the survival of
the fittest, fair competition, establishing and perfecting the incentive mechanism of top
management team, paying attention to Echelon. Last but not the least, adjust the
business model, including the establishment of a branch in the main city of Chongqing,
setting up branches in Chengdu City Division, expanding the scope of business. As
long as the Lanren domestic company make full use of their technical superiority andIII
innovative ability, face the existing problems in the development process, and
constantly enhance their market competitiveness, the company will become better and
better.
This thesis consists of five parts. The first part is the introduction, including the
background, the purpose and significance of the research, the content and methods of
the research. The second part is an overview of the competitiveness theory, mainly
expounds the theory of competition and competitiveness, research status at home and
abroad, and the analysis tools. The third part is the analysis of the current situation of
the competition of the Lanren domestic company, including the company&39;s business
situation, the market competition and the main problems existing in the market
competition. The fourth part is the countermeasures to enhance the market
competitiveness of Lanren domestic company. The fifth part is the conclusion, which
summarizes the whole thesis.
