本文采用文献研究法、案例分析法、调查法和系统分析法，对 DY 公司大型非标设
备采购管理现状进行了分析。通过分析发现 DY 公司大型非标设备采购管理中存在诸多
问题，针对这些问题，提出了解决对策。论文从采购流程和采购管理工作水平两个方面
分析了 DY 公司大型非标设备采购管理中存在的问题。采购流程各关键环节业务工作存
在疏漏，主要表现在采购计划编制与执行监督、供应商的选择与评估、采购价格确定、
采购合同签订、设备质检验收等方面。采购管理工作整体水平不高，主要表现在采购模
式、采购部门组织结构和采购人员队伍管理等方面。针对上述方面存在的问题，从完善
采购流程和提升管理水平两方面提出了 DY 公司大型非标设备采购管理完善对策。希望
通过采取这些措施可以大大改善 DY 公司大型非标设备采购管理，为公司降本增效创造
条件

Countermeasures to Improve the Procurement Management for Large
Non-standard Equipment of DY Company
ABSTRACT
Most large scale non-standard equipments are more expensive. So it is an important way
for the oil field increasing the fund utilization and reducing the cost to enhance the
management for the large non-standard equipment. At present, there are some problems in the
purchasing management of large non-standard equipment in DY Company, which can
adversely affect the economic benefits of oil fields. Some countermeasures were put forward
to the problems in DY’s large non-standard equipment purchasing management, and it is
expected to support DY Company improving large non-standard equipment procurement
management.
The status of DY’s purchasing management of large non-standard equipment was
analyzed in the paper using the methods of literature research, case analysis, investigation and
system analysis. Some problems were found and the countermeasures to these problems are
put forward. The problems of DY’s purchasing management of large non-standard equipment
were analyzed from two aspects of purchasing process and purchasing management level.
There are problems in operations of key links in purchasing process, the problem were mainly
expressed in the planning and execution supervision, selection and assessment of supplier,
determination of purchasing price, signing purchasing contract, and equipment acceptance.
The overall level of purchasing management is not high, this problem is mainly expressed in
purchasing mode, organization structure, and procurement staff management.
In response to the problems above, the perfecting countermeasures of DY’s large
non-standard equipment purchasing management were put forward from respects of
perfecting purchasing process and improving the level of management. It is hoped that
implement of these countermeasures can greatly improve the DY&39;s purchasing management of
large non-standard equipment, and create conditions for the company reducing costs and
increasing efficiency.
