摘要
江西省高速集团是一个集高速公路投融资、建设、经营、管理于一体的大集
团。在公司发展过程中,对于员工管理十分重视,但也遇到诸多问题,其中在技
术型员工队伍的建设和管理方面亟待改进。研究公司技术型员工激励现状和问
题,可有效拓宽员工激励机制研究的范围和领域,丰富技术型员工激励机制研究
的理论与方法,也对其他行业或企业的技术型员工激励机制的应用实践起到一定
借鉴的作用。同时,有助于激发技术型员工的工作积极性和技能潜能,加速公司
人力资源的开发和生产技术的升级,提升公司的核心竞争力

本文以江西省高速集团为案例分析对象,研究了其技术型员工激励问题与机
制,主要研究内容为:首先,运用文献资料法分析了国内外学者在激励方面的研
究现状,在大量的文献资料整理和分析的基础上,分析了本研究的背景、目的与
意义,系统地总结了国内外学者关于技术型员工激励问题方面的研究现状,从中
总结出对本研究有价值的基本观点、思路和理论方法、经验,并对全文的研究内
容与方法进行了介绍;其次,设计了调查问卷以获得公司技术型员工激励现状和
问题,结合收集到的公司技术型员工管理方面的资料数据,从物质激励和精神激
励两个方面对公司当前在技术型员工激励机制中存在的问题及原因进行了分析;
再次,提出了公司技术型员工激励机制设计的目标和所遵循的原则,设计了基于
物质激励与精神激励有机结合的公司技术型员工综合激励机制,对其构建思路与
具体实施措施进行了深入研究;最后,从转变激励观念、重视制度建设两个角度
提出了公司技术型员工激励机制实施的保障措施。希望通过本文的研究,可以为
江西省高速集团更好地激励技术型员工并促进其为公司发展创造更大的效益提
供激励理论指导和案例经验参考

Abstract
Jiangxi high speed group is one of the big groups in highway investment and
financing, construction, operation, management. In the company&39;s development
process, the staff management is very seriously, but also encountered many problems.
The construction and management of technical staff needs to be improved. Research
firm technical employee incentive status and problems, can effectively broaden the
employee incentive mechanism research and the scope of the field and rich technical
staff incentive mechanism research of the theory and method, play a reference role for
other industries and enterprises in the technology staff incentive mechanism
application. At the same time, it will help to stimulate the enthusiasm of the work of
technical staff and the ability to accelerate the development of human resources and
production technology upgrades to enhance the company&39;s core competitiveness.
This paper took Jiangxi province high speed group as the research object, studied
the problems and technology staff incentive mechanism, the main contents are as
follows: firstly, it used the method of literature analysis to study domestic and foreign
scholars research on motivation, based on the collation and analysis of literature on
the analysis of the background, purpose and significance in this study, systematically
summarizes the research status both at home and abroad on the issue of technology
staff incentive, summarized from the value of the research of basic ideas and
theoretical methods, experience, and the full text of the research contents and methods
are introduced; secondly, a questionnaire is designed to obtain the status quo and the
company employees incentive problems of technology, combined with the data of
technical staff management aspects of the collected from the material and spiritual
incentive in two aspects. thirdly, it put forward the target incentive mechanism design
technical staff and principles the design of the comprehensive incentive mechanism of
technical staff in company of organic combination of material incentive and spirit
based on the construction idea and concrete measures are studied; finally, from the
transition incentive ideas and adjust incentives, it improved the incentive mechanism
of three aspects of system and put forward some measures to ensure the
implementation of incentive mechanism of technology companies employee. I hope
that through this study, we can better motivate technical staff and promote the
development of Jiangxi province to create a greater incentive for the company whichIII
can provide incentives to provide theoretical guidance and case reference.
