本文运用 EFE 矩阵、IFE 矩阵、SWOT 矩阵、PEST 模型及波特五力竞争模
型研究工具,对云南 ABD 园艺有限公司当前存在问题进行定性和定量分析,深
入剖析企业外部和内部各因素及其相互作用,得出符合企业实际情况的结论
1、通过对云南 ABD 园艺有限公司的外部环境因素研究,说明的外部机会很
好,但是由于市场发展太快,自身把握机会和降低威胁没有明确的手段和方法,
对发展方向和目标不清楚,因此,因此现行战略需作进一步调整
2、通过对云南 ABD 园艺有限公司的内部资源分析,运用 IFE 矩阵评价方法,
对内部各因素进行分析,研究表明云南 ABD 园艺有限公司内部管理上能够凸显
自身的优势,但在避免自己的弱点方面稍显不足
3、运用 SWOT 矩阵分析模型,认为云南 ABD 园艺公司可以采取增长型战
略,具体采用一体化发展战略来实现企业发展

Abstract
This thesis first briefly introduces the theoretical basis of enterprise development
strategy research of domestic and overseas , including the development stage of
enterprise stragegy and the research results of domestic scholars. According to this
method, a comprehensive analysis of the Yunnan ABD Horticulture Co., facing both
the external environment of the company policy, economy, industry trends,
competitive situation and internal conditions of enterprise resources, technology,
finance and marketing ability is conducted. It also analyzed the internal environmental
factors such as human resources, management ability, financial ability and marketing
ability of Yunnan ABD horticulture Co,.Ltd. The degree of influence of internal and
external factors such as enterprise opportunity and threat, advantage and weakness is
evaluated.
This thesis uses the EFE matrix, IFE matrix, SWOT matrix and PEST model of
research tools, to do qualitative and quantitative analysis of the currently problems of
Yunnan ABD Co,Ltd, deeply analyze the external and internal factors and their
interaction, come to the conclusion that can conform to the enterprise actual situation.
1. According to do the external environment factors research to Yunnan ABD
Horticulture Co,.Ltd, to issustrate the external opportunity is pretty good. However,
the market is developing rapidly, resulting in no clear direction and goals in the use of
the opportunity and avoiding the threat. Therefore, the current strategies need further
adjustments.
2. Through the analysis of internal resources of Yunnan ABD horticulture Co.
Ltd., the IFE matrix is established. The research of internal factors shows that the
internal conditions of Yunnan ABD Horticulture Co. Ltd. are slightly higher than the
industrial average level and the internal situation is slightly having advantages.
3. Yunnan ABD Horticulture Co., Ltd. can adopt the growth strategy through the

4. The strategy of strategy implementation control of Yunnan ABD Horticulture
Co., Ltd. are: consolidating the Yunnan local flower market, focusing on the domestic
market, and actively participating in the competition of international horticultural
companies, By strengthening its internal management, efforts to expand sales
channels, adding the industry value chain, enhance product added value, establish
reasonable cultivation and reserve the core technology innovation mechanism,
actively explore the flower derivatives potential value. In addition, using the natural
advantages of the flower base, developing agricultural tourism projects and finding
more profit growth points. In the aspect of internal management, to establish the
company efficient and fast operation mechanism, building high quality enterprise
culture, to strengthen human resources management, to construct a reasonable
incentive system, to provide guarantee for the stragegy implementation of Yunnan
ABD Horticulture company.
