摘要
制造业是实体经济的主体。强大的制造业是一个国家实现繁荣与昌盛的重要
保证。《中国制造2025》明确提出力争在2025年左右,使我国进入世界制造强
国之列,到2035年左右,力争使我国的制造业整体水平达到世界制造强国中等
行列,力争到2050年,即建国100年左右,使我国制造业综合实力跻身世界前
列。企业文化是企业的“软实力”,是一个企业的灵魂所在,相比较于资金、技
术、渠道等这些硬件条件而言,企业文化更能决定企业的未来发展走向,甚至可
以决定企业的生死存亡。一个好的企业文化,可以弥补其在硬件条件上的弱势,
最大限度的挖掘员工潜力、赢得市场信赖、破除发展瓶颈以及实现企业成长。企
业文化研究始于上世纪的八十年代初,其相关理论于八十年代末传入国内,经过
三十余年的实践和发展,理论界和企业界对企业文化重要性的认识愈加清晰,对
企业文化的研究也愈加深入细致,相关研究的理论成果已逐渐转化为企业的发展
成果

本文选择国有大型制造业企业——重庆建设摩托股份有限公司作为研究样
本,重点分析了当前国有企业在企业文化建设方面存在的突出问题及成因分析,
并试图从产品、渠道、技术之外的因素探寻当前部分国有企业经营不善、陷入困
境的深层次原因及解决办法。本文首先主要着重介绍了论文选题的背景,研究对
象的理论意义及现实意义,以及当前国内外对企业文化理论的研究现状及研究成
果分析。其次,对企业文化的相关理论进行了简单描述,包括企业文化的定义、
企业文化的层次与要素、以及企业文化的特征与功能等等。再次,介绍了重庆建
设摩托股份有限公司的基本概况及企业文化建设的现状和存在的主要问题。再其
次,从国有企业文化属性、内部环境、外部环境等方面影响因素入手,对重庆建
设摩托股份有限公司企业文化建设存在问题的成因进行了详细分析,努力探寻企
业在文化建设方面存在问题的症结。最后,详细论述了企业文化建设的目标及路
径,并对重庆建设摩托股份有限公司企业文化建设的重构与实施提出了自己的观
点和看法

ABSTRACT
Manufacturing industry is the main body of the real economy, which occupies a
large proportion in the national economy. Strong manufacturing industry is a national
prosperity and prosperity of the important guarantee. In May 2015, the State Council
issued the Chinese manufacturing 2025, clearly put forward to around 2025, China
entered the world manufacturing powers, around 2035, and strive to make the overall
level of China&39;s manufacturing industry reached the middle ranks of the world&39;s

manufacturing industry of our country comprehensive the strength in the world. The
enterprise culture is the soft power, is the soul of an enterprise, compared with
capital, technology, channels etc. these hardware conditions, the future development
trend of enterprise culture can decide the enterprise, can even decide the enterprise of
vital importance. A good corporate culture, can make up for its weakness in the
hardware conditions, to maximize the potential to tap the potential of employees, to
win the trust of the market, get rid of the development bottleneck and achieve
business growth. Study on enterprise culture began in the last century, the beginning
of the 80s, the theory was introduced into China at the end of 80s, after thirty years of
development and practice, theoretical circles and enterprises on the enterprise culture
awareness of the importance of clarity, the study on corporate culture is more
thorough, the related theoretical research achievements have been gradually
transformed into the development achievements of enterprises.
This choice of large state-owned manufacturing enterprises in Chongqing to
build motor Limited by Share Ltd as research sample, analyze problems existing in
the enterprise culture construction for the state-owned enterprises and the causes, and
attempts to factors outside products, channels, technology to explore the deep-seated
reasons of poor management of state-owned enterprises, the current predicament and
solutions. Firstly, this paper mainly introduces the background of the topic, the
theoretical significance and significance of the research object, as well as the current
situation of domestic and foreign research on corporate culture theory and the analysis
of the research results. Secondly, expounds the concept of corporate culture, the mainIII

private.enterprise culture and different points. Thirdly, this paper introduces the basic
situation of Chongqing motor Limited by Share Ltd and the present situation and main
problems of enterprise culture construction. Secondly, starting from the factors of
