在经济发展的推动下,在日益激烈的市场竞争中企业要想获得优势地位,脱颖而出,
科学开发管理人力资源就是最为有效的途径,而就开发企业人力资源而言,员工培训属
于最为重要方式,其具备使员工潜能开发到最大化的功能,促进人才比重提高,实现企
业整体人力资源素质的最终提升,使人力资源向推动企业发展真正转化。XY 供电公司
属于特大型中央企业,不稳定和较为滞后为目前员工培训维持的状态,而公司正处于变
革组织架构的重要时期,此时,企业的市场竞争力受滞后的培训工作影响是不容质疑的

为顺利迎接建设国网公司“五大体系”挑战,为使员工培训效率和效益进一步提高,开始
认真探究 XY 供电公司员工培训体系,以期把经验和方法总结出来,从而指点公司以后
的培训工作

本文首先对与培训相关的基本理论进行阐述,在与理论结合基础上,对相关指标数
据确定,并对 XY 供电公司目前人力资源现状进行分析,找出公司人力资源管理的特性
之处。基于此,对公司培训工作现状进行进一步分析,把存在于培训工作中的问题找出,
具体就是存在相对滞后的培训观念、培训匮乏针对性等等。其次,以组织架构变革为基
础,优化设计 XY 供电公司员工培训体系,具体就是分析培训需求、确立优化目标、优
化整合培训资源等等内容。然后论述基于变革组织架构下,如何开展员工培训工作,具
体阐述的着眼点就是组织培训工作,确保培训工作的实施、评估培训工作的效果,以员
工培训工作如何具体开展,才能与变革企业组织架构适应,对实现公司战略目标发挥出
促进作用,把自己的建议与设想提出,最后在结束语中归纳总结出论文,分析不足之处,
同时把有待后续研究问题提出。理论结合实践的方法被运用在本论文之中,分析供电公
司传统培训观念等,并以变革组织架构为针对对象,探究相应培训体系如何优化,这在
完善与健全 XY 供电公司员工培训工作上,凸显了一定的参考价值
