本文通过 G 公司的项目的分析，建立了以环境、安全、成本为系统辅助目标的
管理方法体系，运用多种目标的管理模型。结合 G 公司的具体的经营情况，对各个
方案进行合理的解析，最终帮助 G 公司在方案选择上，做出最大的努力
第一，本文首先对关于项目管理方案的文献进行总结式的研究，通过分析相关
的研究成果，得出相关研究的成功点与失败点，为论文的进一步研究，提供可靠的
理论依据和项目的支撑
第二，具体介绍 G 公司的情况，揭示其在相关的项目集成管理中的优缺点，为
下面的研究提供实时依据等等。建立主要以环境、成本和安全等等目标为主的数学
模型，最大限度的保证方案的评价的合理性
第三是建立 G 公司多目标集成管理评价指标体系，通过灰色关联法和层次分析
法,对四种方案进行分析科学合理的分析，确定最合理的方案，并且对最优的方案进
行补充

Abstract
With increasing of G company , it has become big company, however,
with the increasing of project, which should be considered to ensure target
system, the capacity of the current management which is to ensure that the
target is very difficult. In this context, the introduction of large-scale
integrated project management is imperative, integrated project management
is to balance all traget, and is the best way to solve the current problems of
the project.
By analyzing G's project, we can establish environmental, safety, and
cost management system. Combinding company's specific business situation,
we can explain the various programs, and it ultimately helps G companie
to choose the best plan.
First, it summizes literature on project management ,through analysis
relevant research results, it obtains success and failure points relating
research,and it provides a reliable theoretical basis and projects support.
Second, throughe the introduction of specific G's case,and revealing its
strengths and weaknesses in the relevant integrated project management, it
can provide real-time basis for following studies. Establishing environmental,
cost and security of the main goal mathematical model, we can ensure a
reasonable assessment of scheme.
Third ,it makes use of quantitative analysis method of gray correlation
in the construction of an integrated project management mathematical
evaluation system, and the four cases are analyzed to determine and
complement the most reasonable solution.
