摘 要
展望当今世界各地,虽然有国际条约的限制,但当今世界国际性的核恐怖和
生化恐怖仍然存在。国际社会也越来越重视防化装备,既可应对战时核、生、化
武器袭击,又可用于平时应急救援、生物疫情的防护、反恐行动。因此,为了打
赢未来科技信息时代的核生化战争,就必须科学的了解、认识以及学会运用防化
武器装备,并且不断加强装备

过滤吸收器通过吸附材料可以消除有害物质,是在进风系统中安装,可在战
时过滤外界环境被污染的空气中含有的有毒烟雾、有毒蒸汽、细菌胶粒以及放射
性微粒的过滤性设备

本文以 YG 公司为研究对象,通过对过滤吸收器产业现状以及发展趋势进行
分析,采用理论与实际结合综合分析,一方面对公司的外部宏观环境和行业竞争
现状作出全面的分析,另一方面对企业的内部资源进行分析,然后运用战略模型
进行分析,综合分析各方面因素,总结出 YG 公司未来发展的战略方案。同时,
为保证战略目标的完成,提出了 YG 公司发展战略的实施措施,通过优化全国布
局、提升研发能力、整合售后模式、主抓市场需求、拓展渠道建设、打造一流品
牌,进一步实现公司的战略目标

Abstract
Throughout the world today, although is restricted by all kinds of international
treaties, but international nuclear, biological and chemical terror threat still prevails in
the world. Chemical protective equipment during the war as a response to the nuclear,
biological and chemical weapons attack an important means of defense, as an
emergency rescue at ordinary times, counter-terrorism operations, a powerful shield
outbreak of biological protection, more and more countries pay great attention to.
Therefore, the scientific understanding, understanding and using the chemical defense
technology and equipment, continuously strengthen the construction of chemical
protective equipment, to win the future informational war under the condition of
nuclear, biological and chemical threats has the very vital significance.
Filtering absorber is equipped with smoke and drug materials, can also eliminate
harmful gas, steam and aerosol particles in the air filter,is used to filter the wartime
intake system outside the contaminated radioactive particles in the air, smoke agent,
agent steam, bacterial aerosol filtration equipment.
Based on YG company as the research object, through to filter the absorber
industry present situation and development trend were analyzed, and the use of
strategic management theory and model, to the company's external macro environment,
industry competition situation of the comprehensive analysis, and evaluate the
enterprise internal resources, and through SWOT method analysis model,
comprehensive analysis to identify YG company's external opportunities and threats,
internal strengths and weaknesses, identify YG company can adopt strategic plan and
strategic positioning. Complete, at the same time, in order to ensure the strategic
objectives, YG company development strategy of the implementation of the measures
are put forward, by optimizing the layout, promote research and development ability,
integrating after-sales mode, focus on market demand, develop channels construction,
create first-class brand, further implement the company's strategic objectives.
