摘要
近年来，我国对外开放的程度逐步提升，进出口规模不断扩大，与世界各
地的贸易量不断增长，目前已跃居全球第二大经济体，经济持续健康发展，人
民币国际化的需求不断增加。跨境人民币结算的顺利开展，能够极大提升中国
企业的国际化运营理念。人民币走出国门被国际贸易体系接纳，中国企业的国
际化才算真正完成了重要一环。人民币跨境结算最大的受益者是企业。然而,
中国的涉外企业随着跨境人民币结算的逐步深入，面临的机遇和挑战也不断增
加。企业应如何把握这个大好时机，适应新形势，避免其中可能带来的问题，
使自己更好的发展，成为其亟待解决的问题。为了让人民币跨境结算这一措施
更好的服务于企业，充分熟悉和了解人民币跨境结算的相关政策以及其所引起
的影响就显得非常重要。涉外企业积极应对人民币跨境结算，利用好人民币跨
境结算的优势是企业发展道路上的当务之急

本文旨在研究 ZZ 企业跨境人民币结算业务的现状、问题及对策建议，寻找
适合 ZZ 企业跨境人民币业务发展的路径，为处于人民币国际化背景下 ZZ 企业
的战略发展提供参考和借鉴。为了更好的推动 ZZ 企业人民币跨境结算业务的发
展，本文采用规范分析与实证分析相结合的方式，在大量阅读 ZZ 企业相关人民
币跨境结算文献资料的情况下总结归类，对 ZZ 企业人民币跨境结算业务的背景、
发展历程和现状加以介绍，重点从实证角度分析现阶段 ZZ 企业人民币跨境结算
业务存在的主要问题及成因分析，最后总结 ZZ 企业在人民币跨境结算的使用上
应当采取的对策，并提出保障措施。ZZ 企业人民币跨境结算业务起步于年，
年后发展迅速，但仍存在交易规模小、交易模式单一、企业缺乏人民币计
价经验等问题，究其原因，包括外方对人民币认可度有限、企业产品缺乏竞争
力、对人民币跨境结算业务认识不足、各方对人民币跨境结算业务重视度不够
等。针对以上问题，ZZ 企业应积极争取贸易伙伴、提高其核心竞争力、充分熟
悉人民币跨境结算相关政策，并加强与金融机构的合作。此外，提升人民币国
际地位、保持人民币币值合理稳定、拓宽境外人民币应用渠道、完善金融市场
等保障措施也应同步推进。对 ZZ 企业来说，深刻认识跨境人民币结算对企业带VI
来的影响，积极有效的应对并制定相应的发展战略对企业来说具有重要的现实
意义

Abstract
In recent years, the degree of China's opening to the outside world has been
gradually improved, the scale of import and export has been expanding, and the
volume of trade with the other countries has been increasing. Now it has leaped to
the second largest economy in the world. The development of Cross-border
settlement of RMB can greatly enhance the international operation concept of
Chinese enterprises. If RMB can be accepted by the international trading system, the
internationalization of Chinese enterprises can truly complete an important part. The
biggest beneficiary of RMB cross-border settlement is the enterprise. However,
China's foreign-related enterprises with the cross-border settlement of the gradual
deepening of the RMB, the opportunities and challenges are also increasing. How
should enterprises grasp this golden opportunity to adapt to the new situation, to
avoid the possible problems, to make their own better development, become the
urgent problem to be solved. In order to make cross-border settlement of RMB
services to better serve enterprises, fully familiar with and understand the relevant
policies of cross-border settlement of RMB and its impact is very important.
Foreign-related enterprises to actively deal with cross-border settlement of RMB,
make good use of the advantages of RMB cross-border settlement is the top priority
of enterprise development.
This paper aims to study the current situation, problems and countermeasures
of ZZ enterprise cross-border RMB settlement business, and find the way of ZZ
enterprise cross-border RMB business development, and provide reference for ZZ
enterprise's strategic development under the background of RMB internationalization.
In order to promote the development of RMB cross-border settlement business of ZZ
enterprise, this paper adopts the method of combination of normative analysis and
empirical analysis, summarizes and classifies the ZZ enterprise's RMB cross-border
settlement literature. The background, development and current situation of
cross-border settlement business are introduced. The main problems and causes of
RMB cross-border settlement business of ZZ enterprises are analyzed empirically.VIII
Finally, the conclusion is drawn that ZZ enterprises should adopt the cross-border
settlement of RMB and put forward the safeguard measures. ZZ enterprise RMB
cross-border settlement business started in , and developed rapidly after .
But there are still problems such as relatively small transaction size, relatively simple
transaction, lack of experience.The reasons include the limited recognition of the
RMB by foreign parties, the lack of competitiveness of ZZ enterprise's products, the
insufficient understanding of cross-border RMB settlement business and the
insufficient degree of cross-border settlement business of the RMB.In view of the
above problems, ZZ enterprise should actively seek trade partners, improve their
core competitiveness, fully familiar with the RMB cross-border settlement-related
policies, and strengthen cooperation with financial institutions.In addition, to
enhance the international status of the RMB, to maintain a reasonable and stable
RMB, broaden the application channels outside the RMB, improve the financial
markets and other security measures should also be synchronized.For ZZ company, a
profound understanding of the impact of cross-border RMB settlement business and
taking effective measures to formulate appropriate development strategies have
important practical implications.
