摘要
“5S”(整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养)是起源于日本的一种现场管理方法，
无数经验表明它的成功应用将给企业各方面绩效带来显著的改善(塑造企业形象、降
低成本、准时交货、安全生产、高度的标准化、创造令人赏心悦目的工作场所等)。
一些中国企业较早前便采用了这种管理方法，但取得成功的却很少。大多数企业的实
施过程到最后都陷入了“虎头蛇尾”甚至“不了了之”的尴尬境地，为什么在日本等
国家取得了巨大成功的被称为“企业管理基础”的5s管理方法在中国的土地上就不
能开花结果呢本文采用实证研究的方法结合自身企业实践，就如何运用5S理论，
提高企业现场管理水平，进行了详尽探讨。在清晰而透彻的5S理论阐述的基础上，
全景式展示了A公司所开展的具体工作和取得的实际成效，并提出了通过加强内审
制度来使企业持之以恒的推行5s。5S是一项理论上非常浅显易懂而实际操作上又非
常注重技巧的现场管理方法，因此本文的介绍主要关注的是对实际做法的展现，希望能
给有关的企业和管理人员以实际操作上的借鉴和帮助。

Abstract
”5S”is a working—spot management method coming from Japan．Many experiences
indicate that it can bring significant improvement of all—round performance(such as finer
image，lower cost,less delivery time,safer working,higher standardization，more
comfortable working place．etc．)in an organization．Some Chinese enterprises adopted this
management method years ago，but less accomplished．Most of them were anticlimactic or
ended up with nothing defmite．Why this effective and successful management method can
not be used in ChinaIn this paper,the writer took their company as a practice and
explained in detail for how to use the 5S to get the spot management improved．Based on
the intensive expatiation of 5S．the writer showed the whole picture of all me concrete
work the Acompany did and the harvest they acquired．5S is an easy understanding theory
but request many technique during the practice．This paper paid more attention to the way
of practice．Hope this paper can be very useful for the other company in their management．
