摘 要
合理、科学的设备管理不仅能够保障发电企业的正常生产,同时也是电力企业迈向
现代化的主要技术经济政策。在我国当前的发电企业中,设备管理还存在诸多问题,而
点检定修制作为全员、全过程动态管理设备的一种管理模式,能够使设备的可靠性大幅
度提高。本论文的研究目的就在于,以辽宁调兵山煤矸石发电有限责任公司的设备管理
为研究对象,系统研究火电厂设备的点检定修管理体制,为辽宁调兵山煤矸石发电有限
公司的设备管理提出改进意见,也为电力设备管理提出合理化建议,探索适合我国国情的
火电厂的设备管理模式,达到提高电力生产安全、稳定、经济运行的目的。
本文综合运用文献综述法、案例分析法以及逻辑综合法等研究方法,首先从理论研
究入手,对现代设备管理的一般性理论与电力企业的设备管理进行深入研究,全面分析
其对电力企业发展的重要性;然后分析辽宁调兵山煤矸石发电有限责任公司的设备管理
现状,总结存在的问威,剖析存在问题的原因,进而针对辽宁调兵山煤矸石发电有限责
任公司设备管理的现状与存在的问题,提出具有针对性的可行性措施,优化该厂设备管
理。最后,为了保障前文设备管理改进方案的实施,特制定辽宁调兵山煤矸石发电有限
责任公司设备管理改进方案的保障措施,增强实效性。

Study on Equipment Management of DIAOBINGSHAN COAL GANGUE
POWER PLANT CO.,LTD
Abstract
Rational,scientific equipment management is an important guarantee power companies to
normal production,but also to modernize China's power enterprises an important technical and
economic policies . At present,China’s power generation equipment management are still many
problems,but the point of making a full repair test,the whole process of dynamic management
of the equipment device management model can effectively improve the reliability of the
device. The purpose of this paper is that,in order to manage the situation Tiaobingshan power
plant equipment for case management to the point of thermal power plant equipment repair test
conducted systematic research,rationalization proposals for the management of electrical
equipment,and explore suitable for China 's thermal power plants equipment management,to
improve the security and stability of electricity production purposes .
This paper uses a literature review,case analysis and research methods such as logic
synthesis,starting from the first theoretical study of the general theory of device management
and power modern enterprise management depth study,a comprehensive analysis of its
electricity business development importance ; then management status Tiaobingshan coal
gangue power generation equipment to analyze a limited liability company,the device status of
the plant as an entry point to summarize the problems, analyze the reasons for the existence of
the problem ; thus for Tiaobingshan Coal power Generation Company Limited device
management status quo and problems,propose feasible measures targeted to optimize plant
equipment management ; Finally,in order to guarantee the implementation of optimization
measures previously developed Diaobingshan Coal power Generation Company Limited
protection equipment management optimization measures implementing programs to improve
effectiveness.
