本文在金融发展与城镇化相关理论分析的基础上，主要进行了以下几方面的研究：
第一，对山西省金融支持水平进行测度。在对山西省金融业发展现状分析的基础上，从
金融支持规模、金融支持结构和金融支持效率三方面构建了指标体系，运用因子分析法
得出山西省11地市2006-2012年的金融支持规模、金融支持结构和金融支持效率的综合
得分。第二，对山西省城镇化水平进行测度。在对山西省城镇化发展现状分析的基础上，
从经济城镇化、人口城镇化、社会城镇化和环境城镇化四方面构建了指标体系，运用因
子分析法得出山西省11地市2006-2012年的城镇化水平的综合得分。第三，实证分析山
西省城镇化进程中的金融支持效应。本文依据山西省11地市2006-2012年的相关数据，
通过构建面板数据计量模型，实证检验了山西省金融规模、金融结构、金融效率对城镇
化的支持效应，实证结果表明金融规模对城镇化的支持作用最大，金融发展对城镇化的
支持存在明显的地区差异，并且支持作用不稳定。最后，对山西省金融发展支持城镇化
提出对策，以保证山西省城镇化可持续发展。

Abstract
Urbanization is a major trend in the contemporary world economic and social
development. The level of urbanization is becoming a vital sign which measure the level of
modernization of the country or region. In recent years, Urbanization in Shanxi Province has
made some achievements, but there still exist some problems, such as slow development, low
level, unbalanced development with each group. And Urbanization’s demand for financial
capital is more and more intense. Therefore, the study on the evaluation of financial
supporting has a very important significance in accelerating the process of urbanization in
Shanxi province.
This thesis made the following main contents based on the theory analysis of
urbanization and finance: first, it was a quantitative measure on the level of financial support
in Shanxi province. This paper built an indicator system from four aspects, namely, the scale
of financial support, the structure of financial support, the efficiency of financial support
based on the analysis of current financial development in Shanxi, and then used factor
analysis to evaluate the composite score of financial support scale, financial support structure
and financial support efficiency of 11 cities in Shanxi province from 2006 to 2012. Second, it
was a quantitative measure on the comprehensive level of urbanization in Shanxi province.
This article built an indicator system from four aspects, namely, economic urbanization,
population urbanization, social urbanization and environmental urbanization based on the
analysis of the status of urbanization development in Shanxi province, and then used factor
analysis to evaluate the composite score of the level of urbanization of 11 cities in Shanxi
province from 2006 to 2012. Third, it was the empirical analysis of Shanxi financial supporteffect on the urbanization. This paper selected the data of 11 cities Shanxi from 2006 to 2012,
and built an panel data econometric model to make empirical test of Shanxi financial support
effect on the urbanization. The empirical results show that among the financial factor in
promoting the process of urbanization, financial scale played a leading role, while financial
structure and financial efficiency were relative low. There existed significant regional
difference in the financial impact on urbanization in Shanxi province. Financial support for
the urbanization is not stable around the city which has not achieved the intended effect of
increasing significantly. Finally, this paper raised the related policy and recommendation
against the issues, in order to ensure sustainable development of Urbanization in Shanxi
Province.
