摘 要

我国的高职教育在近年来获得了迅猛的发展,高职院校不仅在数量上有了提升,在

整体的教学水平上也获得了长足发展,为我国的社会建设提供了大批的技术性人才。中

国的高职教育已然成为我国的教育体系中不可或缺的一部分,对我国高等教育的发展有

着相当大的影响。高职院校教师的教学能力与教学水平在很大程度上决定了高职院校办

学成功与否。因此如何激发教师工作热情、提高教师工作水平、正确引导他们更好的为

学校的发展服务便成为当今高职院校普遍面临的问题。这些问题的存在需要建立一套科

学合理的教师绩效考评方案对整体的教师管理进行合理的规划和布局。

本文以辽宁经济职业技术学院为研究对象,针对该校教师绩效考评的现状和问题进

行研究,力图为其建立一套科学的教师绩效考评系统。通过对其考评方案的一系列研究,

以绩效考评的相关理论作为依据,针对其存在的考评问题做深入分析,给出详细的、有

针对性的解决方法。

本文首先对教师绩效考评的研究背景、研究意义和本文结构进行了简要介绍。其次

针对教师绩效考评的含义及功能进行评述,在此基础上分析了常用的绩效考评方法。然

后对辽宁经济职业技术学院教师绩效考评现状分析。通过介绍辽宁经济职业技术学院概

况和考评方案,分析考评方案中所存在的问题。最后通过结合相关理论为辽宁经济职业

技术学院提出了一套合理有效的教师绩效考评方案。分别从绩效考评的目的、考评主体、

考评指标和标准、考评权重、考评流程等方面进行论述。并对教师绩效考评的实施保障

和结果的应用提出了相关见解。希望本文的研究成果能够为我国高职院校绩效考评系统

提供有价值的借鉴,为我国高职院校师资水平的提高有所助益。

Researching on Performance Appraisal of Teachers in Liaoning Economy

Vocational and Technical College

Abstract

With the rapid development of China's higher vocational education, the number of

students in Higher Vocational Colleges is greatly improved. Higher vocational education has

become an integral part of our education system and has great influence on the development

of Chinese higher education. In the higher vocational colleges, teachers determine the

development of higher vocational colleges. Therefore, an important problem is how

to motivate teachers' working enthusiasm, improve teachers' ability and make them serve the

development of the school. But the strengthening of teacher management requires the

establishment of a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal of teacher scheme.

This paper takes the case of Liaoning Economy Vocational and Technical College and

conduct research on how to construct a set of effective performance appraisal system for

teachers. Through a series of studies on teacher performance appraisal, we analysis the current

situation of Liaoning Economy Vocational and Technical College and point out its existing

problems. Finally, we propose a specific solution.

The first part of the introduction of the college's performance evaluation will start with

the research background, research significance and the research status at home and abroad.

The second part first introduces the meaning and function of teacher's performance appraisal

system, and then introduces some common methods of performance appraisal. The third part

is the analysis of current situation of performance appraisal of teachers in Liaoning

Vocational College of Economics. First introduced the profile of Liaoning Vocational College

of Economics, and then introduces its current appraisal system, finally analysis appraisal

system and points out the existing problems. Part IV to integrate theory with practice.

First,introduce the purposes and principles of performance evaluation, and then explain

some preparation should be done before the formal evaluation. After analyzing

the evaluation object, the evaluation index and its weight are determined. Finally, Part

V introduces how to apply the result of teacher performance evaluation.
