本文对竞争力理论和指标评价体系进行论述,采用综合评价的序关系分析方法对B
公司和另外4家钢帘线企业,从公司规模和发展能力、经营能力、管理能力和市场控制
能力进行竞争力评估,提出培育和提升竞争力的策略。
本文在对竞争力综合评价理论国内外文献归纳基础上,提出通过递阶序关系法对钢
帘线行业中的5家公司进行综合评价。主要研究工作如下:
1.通过文献和资料总结钢帘线行业的发展史与现状和B公司的历史和现状进行介
绍,而且通过ESTEL宏观环境分析和行业五力模型分析对B公司的所处的环境进行分
析,为B公司综合评价奠定基础。
2.本文根据前人的研究经验并结合钢帘线行业的特点,建立钢帘线行业的综合评
价的指标体系;通过层次结构法对钢帘线的指标体系进行分级,再通过序关系分析确定
各指标权重比例,通过综合评价模型,计算出包括B公司在内的5家钢帘线企业的评价
分数。
3.本文通过对B公司的竞争力诊断,发现了 B公司在销售收入增长率、净资产利
润率、总资产贡献率、技术投入和营销模式存在不足,并针对以上,提出相应策略,如
采用差异化、成本领先、技术创新、深化企业文化、优化组织结构和提升“本土”营销
能力等策略。

Evaluation and Suggestion of competitive power of B Steel Product
Company
Abstract
The paper discussed the concept of competitiveness and evaluation system,and B
Company and four other steel cord companies were evaluated with the method G1 of
comprehensive evaluation, from capacity of development, capacity of management and
capacity of control market. According to the diagnosis results, the paper put forward the
recommend and measures for improvements of B companies' competitiveness.
In the part of introduction, the paper introduced the significance and background of this
research, the theory of competitive power, the theory of comprehensive evaluation, and the
theory of method Gl. The second chapter described the development history of B Company,
industry characteristics, the status of B Company, and the analysis of competitive
environment. The third chapter discussed steel cord company evaluation index system,and
diagnose and analysis the competitive power of B Company and four other steel cord
companies. The forth chapter, according to the diagnosis results, from capacity of
development, management and control market, put forward the recommendations and
measure to improve B Company competitiveness. The last chapter summed up the result of
this study.
Through the diagnosis of B Company, there are shortages of development, management
and control market, for example the growth rate of sales revenue and the rate of net return
asset. The paper give out some suggestions and countermeasure such as: differentiation, cost
reduction, technology innovation, optimization market strategy and so on.
