本文以经纬纺织机械股份有限公司为研究对象,以加快企业发展进程、
增强核心竞争力为研究目的,提出了经纬纺织机械股份有限公司的发展战略
及具体实施方案,研究出能够适合该企业快速发展的战略路线
首先从整个纺织机械行业的发展背景出发,阐述了企业战略研究的基本
理论和研究工具,并提出了本文的研究目的、内容和具体方法
其次,对经纬纺织机械股份有限公司人力资源、技术资源、财务状况和
组织结构等内部环境因素进行了全面的分析。然后,对企业所处行业的宏观
环境和行业环境等外部环境因素进行了分析,通过外部因素评价方法确定出
发展的机遇和威胁。通过内部因素评价方法确定出企业所拥有的优势和劣势
在此基础上,运用 SWOT 分析方法制定出可供选择的发展战略方案,并
使用战略地位与行动评价矩阵,结合该企业的具体实际情况,对可选方案进
行评价分析,从而遴选出最适合经纬纺织机械股份有限公司发展的战略方案
为保证该战略的有效实施,在建设先进企业文化、推进信息化建设、调整产
品结构,加强资本运营能力、促进人力资源有效开发与管理、组织结构调整、
加强市场销售网络建设和增强技术创新能力等七个方面提出了具体实施措
施。最后总结了研究的主要结论,并阐述了此结论所具有的理论与现实意义

Abstract
Textile machinery trade is the biggest equipment manufacture trade in
textile industry, which is one of the important foundation trades in the national
economy. Jingwei Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. had ever been in the one of
leading positions in the domestic textile machinery market.Along with the rapid
development of the world economic integration and China joined the WTO, t he
textile machinery has labor characteristic, it must face internal and external
competition. It is the common problem on how to survive and develop to the
sewing machine industry.In order to survive and develop under the competitive
environment from both domestic and abroad, the enterprise must find out own
relative superiority and make its orientation clear.
This article mainly focuses on the development strategy research of Jingwei
Textile Machinery Co., Ltd.. The task is how to increase competition ability and
accelerate the speed of growth. The development strategy of Jingwei Textile
Machinery Co., Ltd and the execution program are proposed. Firstly, the thesis
starts with development background of sewing machine industry, the basic theory
of enterprise's development strategy and resarch method are explained.
Objective、contents and concrete methods are proposed .Secondly, this thesis
analyzes the internal factors, such as the ability of technology 、producing
capacity、marketing ability and fiance, are identified by the Internal Factor
Evaluation Matrix.Meanwhile,the macro environment and the industry
environment, the opportunities and threatens are identified by the External Factor
Evaluation Matrix. the advantage and disadvantage are found.
On this basis, the SWOT method is employed to analyze strategic projects
for the enterprise. SPACE matrix is used to determine the best development
strategy for Jingwei Textile Machinery Co. Ltd. In order to carry out the best
development strategy, some suggestion are given. These suggestion have close
relation withAdvance informatization construction, adjust product structure,
strengthen capital operation ability, promote the effective development of human
resources and management, the organization structure adjustment, strengthen
market network construction, enhance technical innovation ability.
