摘要

目前,电子商务已经遍及世界生产发展的每一个角落,企业已经看到发展电子商

务所能带来的空间效益,希望可以通过发展电子商务方式提高企业综合竞争能力。相

关数据信息显示,超过百分之八十的企业已经通过互联网络与合作商建立联系。我国

电子商务发展较为缓慢,尚处于发展的初级阶段,电子商务领域还具有较大的进步范

围。相关研究报告显示,我国B2B电子商务具有广大的未来发展空间和利润前景。

对于电子商务而言,首要任务即是通过互联网络建立一个可以相互沟通的电子平台,

并利用这个平台构建交易的联系。电子商务不仅改变了传统商务交易模式,也为国际

贸易发展提供了广大的发展空间。因此,我国外贸企业开展B2B电子商务具有一定

的研究价值及发展意义。

本文首先对中小外贸企业电子商务发展研究背景、研究内容及选题角度进行详细

分析,总结研究过程中遇到的主要问题,从创新角度构建本文主题框架结构;其次,

对中小外贸企业应用电子商务的相关概念及理论进行分析总结,从不同角度理解电子

商务,可以将电子商务划分为多个不同类型。在已经完成电子商务定性分析的基础上,

肯定了国内外贸企业发展B2B电子商务的可行性;再者,使用经济学理论和图例分

析方式分析了现代B2B电子商务发展与传统外贸方式的差异及现代B2B电子商务外

贸形式的主要价值创造,通过归纳分析认为B2B电子商务不仅可以提高企业生存效

率,还可以有效控制生存成本,努力为客户提供更高质量的服务。探究并总结了我国

中小型外贸企业应用B2B电子商务的环境分析和应用B2B电子商务的现状及问题。

通过分析外贸企业应用B2B电子商务的发展现状,结合大中小型外贸企业的不同特

征,提出解决问题的最佳途径和制定发展策略。最后,分析并总结B2B电子商务行

业广泛的发展空间和发展优势,以及随着B2B电子商务的不断发展所出现的各类问

题,并有针对性地提出相应解决方案和对策建议,希望可以对我国外贸企业B2B电

子商务的发展奠定良好基础。

Abstract

At present, the electronic commerce has spread to every corner of the world the

development of production, enterprises have space to see benefits in the development of

e-commerce can bring, hope can improve the enterprise competition ability through the

development of electronic commerce. Relevant data shows, more than eighty percent of the

enterprises has been established through the contact network and partners. Slow the

development of electronic commerce in China, still in the primary stage of development,

because the field of electronic commerce has greater progress range. Relevant data shows,

the future development of China's B2B e-commerce is very large, the profit space for the

whole world to catch up. For the electronic commerce activity, the primary task is to

establish a mutual communication electronic platform through the Internet, to construct a

transaction between the virtual and real strong talk. The electronic commerce has not only

changed the traditional business mode, also provides the development space for the

development of international trade. Therefore, our country foreign trade enterprise

development of B2B electronic commerce has certain research value and the significance

of the development.

Firstly, the detailed analysis of the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises

e-commerce development research background, research contents and research point of

view, the main problems encountered in the process of study, construction of the theme

framework structure from the angle of innovation; secondly, the related concepts and

theory of electronic business affairs development of small and medium-sized foreign trade

enterprises are analyzed and summarized, understanding of e-commerce from different

point of view, the electronic commerce is divided into a plurality of different types. The

author has been completed in the electronic commerce based on qualitative analysis, affirm

the feasibility of domestic foreign trade enterprises in the development of B2B e-commerce;

moreover, the extensive use of economics theory and legend analysis analyze the main

value difference between modern B2B development of the electronic commerce and the

traditional trade mode and modern B2B e-commerce trade form of creation, the author

summarized analysis of B2B e-commerce can not only provide the enterprise efficiency,

but also can effectively control the cost of living service, strive to provide higher quality

service to customers. Furthermore, explores the current situation and problems of B2B

e-commerce implementation in small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises. Through

the implementation of the development situation of B2B e-commerce in foreign trade

enterprises, combined with the different characteristics of small and medium-sized foreign

trade enterprises, the best way to solve the problem. The case was analyzed emphatically,

analyzes why the companies to the rapid development of electronic commerce type

enterprises in the country, to become the leader in the development process of domestic

e-commerce enterprises; finally, the comprehensive analysis of B2B e-commerce industry

broad space for development and development advantage, however, with the continuous

development of B2B electronic commerce, all kinds of problems appear, and in order to

solve these problems, the author proposes the solution of various issues from an objective

point of view, hope that we can lay a good foundation for China's foreign trade enterprises
