ZS无锡公司是一家原先以外贸作为主营业务的国有公司,从其成立到现在二十多年
的发展历程中始终以国际贸易为主。公司的主营业务为机械设备、配件产品的进出口贸
易。然而,随着改革开放的不断深入发展,国家取消了原有国有外贸公司的专属经营权,
国有外贸公司的发展越来越面临着激烈的市场竞争。此外,在经历了2008年金融危机以
后,国际经济形势急剧恶化,面对更加激烈的国际竞争格局,我国的外贸公司面临越来
越严重的考验,ZS无锡公司的发展面临着相同的困境,尤其在2008年金融危机后,公司
经营业绩的增长几乎停滞。
面对复杂的的内外部环境,以及公司经营困难的局面,ZS无锡公司亟需通过业务拓
展和战略转型找到公司新的经济增长点,从而维系公司持续发展的动力。那么,公司向
什么领域进行业务拓展,战略转型的方向是什么,如何进行战略转型,通过何种方式实
现战略转型的成功,带来公司经营业绩的增长,这些都是公司在未来的发展中需要考虑
的问题。
本文在研宄ZS无锡公司业务拓展和公司战略转型过程中,通过PEST分析法、SWOT分
析法等对公司的外部环境、内部问题进行详细的分析,论证了公司战略转型的必要性,
本文还对公司有意进入的光伏产业进行研究,论证了进入新能源光伏发电领域的可行
性。此外,从核心竞争力的培育等角度对ZS无锡公司业务拓展和战略转型的方法和途径
进行了深入研究,试图为公司在新业务领域成功转型提供有价值的思路。
最后,本文提出了详细的战略实施步骤,就战略目标的实现给出了笔者认为合理的
解决方案。

Abstract
ZS wuxi Co.,Ltd is a stated-owned enterprise which has foreign trade as the main business
for about twenty years since its established. The trading business of ZS company includes
import and export of machinery equipment and spare parts. However, along with the further
development of reform and opening up, State canceled the exclusive right of state-owned
foreign trade enterprise. So that,the development of state-owned foreign trade enterprises are
facing more and more fierce market competition. Beside that,because of the financial crisis
which begin in 2008,the international economic situation deteriorated sharply, the foreign
trade enterprises of our country have more serious problem in this situation of fierce
international competition. The company also has the same problem, especially experienced
the financial crisis which started in 2008,the company's business performance growth almost
stalled.
In recent years, in the face of the complex internal and external environment and severe
challenges of company's business performance, The company should finds the new growth
points by business development and strategic transformation in order to maintain the rapid
development momentum of sustainable development. So, we should know what the field we
can turn to,what's the direction of the strategic transformation, how to implement strategic
transformation and how to achieve success. All that is the administrators should consider in
the future development.
This dissertation, on the study process of ZS company business development and
enterprise strategic transformation, demonstrates the necessity of strategic transformation by
analyzes the enterprise's external environment, internal problems in detail with the methods
of PEST and SWOT. This dissertation also study the photovoltaic industry which the
enterprise intend to enter into, and demonstrates the feasibility of enter into the field of
photovoltaic power generation. In addition, from the aspects of cultivation of core
competitiveness,the article analysis the methods of business and strategic transformation and
the way what can carries on, by this way, try to provide some valuable ideas to achieve
success in strategic transformation.
At last, this dissertation presents detailed strategy implementation steps, gives the
reasonable solution to meet strategic goal.
