本论文将重点放在民营企业的薪酬体系优化上。本论文涉及到 SR 企业的现
有问题,也是目前民营企业普遍存在的问题,具有代表性,设计的一些工资体系
可以对有同类问题的民营企业有一定的指导作用。本论文探讨的目的在于公司能
够真正了解自己存在的人力资源难题特别是工资体系,针对本公司的实际情况,
采用薪酬管理理论的科学理念,来优化公司的工资体系制度,使其促进企业的长
远发展。
本论文采用现代薪酬理论,对 SR 企业现有的工资制度进行探讨归纳。第
一,先简单说明了薪酬与薪酬管理的概念、目标、原则,接着介绍了薪酬管理的
相关理论;第二,对 SR 企业现有的工资体系制度进行深入的分析,并找出薪酬
管理方面的问题;第三,采用薪酬管理理论的理念,设计出一套完整的薪酬管理
制度,包括工资结构的设计、确定工资的额度、绩效工资考核、宽带薪酬等重要
策略,形成一个科学规范的工资体系制度;第四,对于 SR 企业优化后的工资体
系,先在管理培训部门试行,找出不合理的地方,再次改进完善,以致推广到各
子公司的所有部门,在实施过程可能会出现一些阻碍,如公司部分员工在试行中
会产生抵触情绪;部分经理对宽带薪酬理解偏差,在执行中偏离轨道。对此找出
对应的方法来解决,首先,前期做好宣传工作,降低员工工资优化后产生的不良
情绪,公司实行了集体协商、单独采访等多种形式的宣传。其次,加强培训工
作,公司邀请知名专家,为员工和部门经理答疑解惑,全面理解薪酬管理制度。

ABSTRACT
With the development of science and technology, private enterprises in our country
develop quickly. But the same time, there appeared some threats that blocked the
development of private enterprise. The emergence of these problem would lead to
private enterprises to continue to improve,so forming A specification and systematic
management will become an important lesson of private enterprises, especially in
human resource management. At the same time, compensation's system optimization
is an important part of human resource management.
This paper focuses on the privately enterprise's salary system optimization. a
enterprise's existing problem that this paper involves Is the common problem of
private enterprises. Some designs of the wage system is able to have some guidance to
the similar problem of private enterprises. The purpose of this paper is that companies
can truly understand their human resource problems especially the wage system.
According to the actual situation of the company, we will use the scientific concept of
compensation management theory to optimize the company's wage system, so that this
system can promote the long-term development of the enterprise.
According to the modern compensation system, this paper analyzes existing
wage system of a group. Firstly, we briefly introduces the concept and goal and
principle of compensation system .Then we introduces some relevant theories of salary
and incentive. Secondly, we analyze and conclude existing wage system of SR group.
Thirdly, we use the relevant human resources management theory and design a new
SR group compensation system analysis, including wage structure of design and
wage's limit and performance salary assessment and broadband salary. So we form
scientific and standardized system of wage system. Fourth, according to optimized
wage system for SR enterprise, we will trial in management training department and
find out the unreason able place and again improve, so that we can spread to all the
