因素和如何建立新的绩效与薪酬体系进行了研究。最后,本文对转型背景下 AC 公司的
如何建立新的绩效与薪酬体系进行了说明,简要阐述了绩效结果在薪酬分配上的应用,
总结了调整后绩效与薪酬体系的实施效果。
本文的主要创新点有两个:一个是从实用的角度来看,对企业转型时期的绩效与薪
酬体系调整特点与具体调整过程进行了分析和总结;第二个是基于对 AC 公司绩效与薪
酬体系调整的分析,总结了企业转型过程中绩效与薪酬体系调整思路,希望能对其他企
业的绩效与薪酬体系调整和完善具有借鉴作用。
本文仅是对 AC 公司产业转型的绩效与薪酬体系单一案例的研究,研究结论还有待
进一步通过实践检验,并不断丰富和完善。

With the progress of science and technology, the constantly upgrading of products and the fate of
elimination, the enterprises can realize their sustainable development only through industrial upgrading and
transformation. The reforms of performance and compensation system in the process of industrial
transformation can fully arouse the enthusiasm of employees, promote the enterprise strategic target
realization and ensure the enterprise sustainable development. Therefore, how to successfully implement
the reform of performance and compensation for enterprises in the industrial transformation period is an
important research subject.
This paper analyzes the existing problems of AC Company’s performance and compensation system
in the industrial transformation period and the reform necessity, focusing on the research of the correlation
of industry transformation and reform of performance and compensation system, the function and key
factors of the reform of performance and compensation system and how to establish the suitable
performance and compensation system. Finally, this paper describes the implement of AC Company’s
performance and compensation system in the background of industrial transformation. What’s more, on the
basis of the above research, this paper also states how AC Company to improve and perfect its performance
and compensation system in the future to help its smooth transformation.
This paper has two main innovation points : the first one, from the practical point the author analyzes
and summarizes the characteristics and its concrete reform process of the performance and compensation
system in transformation period; the second one, based on the understanding of AC Company’s reform of
performance and compensation system, the author summarizes the train of thought of performance and
compensation system reform in the transformation and hopes it will be a reference for other enterprises to
reform and perfect their reform of performance and compensation system.
This paper is only a case study on AC Company’s reform of performance and compensation system in
industry transformation period and the research conclusion remains to be further examination through
practice and constantly enrich and perfect.
