高职教育是一种理论与实践紧密融合的教育,强调的是知识的应用性、知
识应用的逻辑性和岗位技术的培养。它要求教师具备教育教学能力、创新能力、
实践能力和科研能力,与其他类型的高等教育相比,它更重视教师的创新能力
与实践能力。要办好高职教育,就必须充分调动教师的积极性,其前提是设计
一套科学的、合理的绩效评价体系,因为科学合理的绩效评价体系能够正确引
导教师的行为,帮助教师规划职业生涯,并促使教师改善绩效
GX 职业技术学院是一所典型的高等职业技术学院,本论文结合该校实际,
对绩效考核理论与实务进行了较深入研究, 运用绩效考核的相关理论,分析了
该校教师绩效考核的现状及存在问题,探讨并提出了适用于该校教师的绩效考
核的方法和手段,力图建立一套科学规范的、具有较强可操作性的、适合该校实
际的教师绩效评价体系,并提出了实施该体系的配套措施

Performance evaluation, an important component of the human resource
management, is assessed by the designed method and the use of assessment tools to
analyze their performance, capabilities and career design, so as to enhance
employees' overall quality. Performance evaluation is an objective requirement for
teachers’ employment and the basis for decision-making in human resource
management in vocational colleges. It’s not only a major way to ensure the quality of
vocational training program but also an important means to promote the
comprehensive development of vocational teachers.
Higher education, a close integration of theory and practice education,
emphasizes the development of knowledge application, the logic of knowledge
application and technical positions. It requires teachers to have teaching ability,
creative ability, practical ability and scientific research ability. Compared with other
types of higher education, it puts more emphasis on teachers' innovative ability and
practical ability. To run vocational education, it is necessary to fully mobilize the
teachers’ enthusiasm and the premise is to design a scientific and reasonable
performance evaluation system, because the scientific and reasonable performance
evaluation system can correctly guide the behavior of teachers, help teachers plan a
career, and promote teachers to improve their performance.
GX Vocational and Technical College is a typical Vocational and Technical
College and the paper focuses on the school’s situation and analyzing the current
situation of the school and problems in teacher performance evaluation. To explore
and propose ways and means in teachers’ performance evaluation, the paper tries to
establish a scientific and standardized teacher performance evaluation system and
propose implementation supporting measures of the system.
