经过改革开放以来三十多年的发展,我国高速公路从无到有,现有通车里程

已超过8万公里,我国高速公路建设事业已经进入了飞速发展的时期。规模化的

高速公路建设事业离不幵强大的资金支持。鉴于高速公路建设周期长、投资成本

大的特点,资金短缺问题成为各高速公路建设企业普遍面对的一个共同性难题。

论文以内蒙古高路公司公路建设融资为研究对象,结合公司经营实际,以建

立适应公司发展战略的融资方案为论证核心,通过对国内外先进经验的借鉴,从

完善融资制度、节约融资成本、优化融资结构、创新工作思路的方式对未来公司

公路建设融资提出了具体的建议和措施。

论文首先介绍选题的背景、意义,国内外的研究动态,建立研究基础;其次

对部分发达国家和国内部分省市的高速公路建设模式和先进经验进行研究;然后

引入内蒙古高路公司公路建设任务现状、财务及融资现状进行分析;最后在融资

成本和融资风险平衡的基础上提出了公司融资方案的具体设计。以期为公司融资

工作提供更好的理论和实践指导,助推公司公路建设事业全面、健康、可持续发

展。

Abstract

Through the 30 years development after China's reform and opening-up,the

traffic mileage of Chinese Highway has passed 80,000 kilometers. The highway

industry in China is entering a booming period. Adequate and stable financial support is

the foundation of highway construction. Based on the character of Long-time

construction period and Huge-amount investment of highway industry,Chinese

enterprises have facing the conundrum of capital storage.

On the basis of IMSH、s (Inner Mongolia Super-Highway Co.,Ltd) reality,the

major highway construction company in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the essay

proposes the core contention to establish an ideal system of financing work. By the

study of experience in domestic and foreign, the essay put forward a serious of

suggestion about completing financing schedule,saving financing cost,optimizing

financing structure and innovating working thought.

The essay firstly establish research basis by introduce research background,

significance and theory trend at home and abroad . In the second,by the analysis of

IMSH、s highway construction task and financial condition , and introduce the model of

highway construction at home and abroad,the essay summarize the general model and

experience of highway construction in modern times _ Finally , the essay bring forward

the conceptual for establish the ideal financing system of IMSH,and wish for provide

the support to the development of the company.
