摘 要
随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,国民对居住条件的要求也在发生着
变化。过去以实用性为主,现在关注装饰的美观性、科学性、节能环保性等,同
时也对建筑内外墙装饰保温所使用的材料提出了更高的要求。针对这种市场需
求,国内许多装饰保温材料厂商都在下大力气对新型装饰保温材料进行研究和开
发,以期抢先占领市场。

本文以湖北卓宝建筑节能科技有限公司的市场发展战略为研究对象,运用
SWOT 和 PEST 的分析法,分析公司目前所面临的内外部环境、在行业内的竞争能

same time, the requirements to materials for external and internal decoration gets higher.
For this kind of market demands, many domestic manufacturers do the research and
development in the new-style of thermal insulation material, in order to occupy the
market.
