摘 要
陶瓷行业是能源消费大户,又是具有巨大节能潜力的产业。如何提高能源使用效
率、降低成本,是陶瓷企业迫切需要解决的问题。能源管理中心,是指采用自动化、
信息化和集中管理的模式,改进和优化能源管理,实现系统性节能降耗的管控一体化
系统,是有效解决上述问题的有效措施
本文以 QM 公司能源管理中心建设项目为案例,从该公司能源管理现状入手,了
解存在问题,引出了能源管理中心是解决 QM 公司能源管理问题的有效措施。然后重
点从项目评估的角度对能源管理中心进行分析,分别从生产建设条件、投资项目技术、
财务基础数据、财务效益、社会影响以及管理成效等角度进行评估。希望通过项目的
评估,解决企业的实际问题,为企业的能源管理、节能降耗、降本增效提供一些有益
的决策参考,实现科学的能源管理

ABSTRACT
Ceramic enterprises, as a high energy-consuming industry with great potentials in energy
saving, have urgent needs to improve energy efficiency and reduce cost. An Energy
management centre, as a management-control integration system that applies automation,
informatization and centralized management mode to improve energy management, reduce
consumption and implement systematic energy saving, meets the ceramic enterprises’ needs
effectively.
This article studies QM Corporation’s energy management centre construction project,
starts from the current situation of the corporation’s energy management, reveal its
problems, thus comes to the conclusion that energy management centre is an effective
measure to solve QM Corporation’s energy management problems. The article then
emphatically evaluates and analyzes the establishment of QM Corporation’s energy
management centre project from different aspects such as construction condition;
investment project technology; basic financial statistics; financial benefits; social influence
and management effects. Through this project evaluation, the author of this article wishes
to provide useful decision-making advices for energy management, energy efficiency, costs
reduction, and to help ceramic enterprises to achieve scientific energy management.
