NS 港区目前已经引入先进的集装箱港口管理理念，借助多家国际著名航运公司成熟的
技术与丰富的经验不断拓展新的国际航线，吸引更多箱源到港。但是通过对比 NS 港区
与其主要竞争对手深圳港、香港港 2006 年到 2013 年的吞吐量数据，我们发现，虽然这
个比例在逐年增加，但是到了 2013 年，NS 港区的集装箱吞吐量只有深圳港集装箱吞吐
量的 43.8%，只有香港港集装箱吞吐量的 45.8%。这样的业绩对于目标要发展成为区域
性主枢纽港的 NS 港区来说是有一定差距的。因此，对 NS 港区集装箱业务竞争力进行
诊断研究，找出影响 NS 港区集装箱业务竞争力的影响因素并找到解决这些影响因素的
对策是非常有必要的。

本研究以 NS 港区集装箱业务为例对港口集装箱业务竞争力进行诊断研究。文章主
要采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法，通过对广州港内部资料以及相关公开信息进
行整理、分析和研究，并对企业相关人员进行访谈并发放调查问卷，目标在于能够客观
地评价 NS 港区集装箱业务竞争力的高低，找出影响 NS 港区集装箱业务竞争力水平的
影响因素并找到如何应对这些影响因素的对策。

本研究首先进行了文献回顾，介绍了一些国内外当今关于港口竞争力的一些前沿性
研究，归纳了现有关于影响集装箱港口竞争力的影响因素及评价方法。接着重点进行有
关 NS 港区集装箱竞争力的数据收集以及数据分析，对影响 NS 港区集装箱竞争力水平
的指标进行提炼和分析。数据显示，影响 NS 港区集装箱竞争力水平的指标主要有：港
口的区位条件、港区基础建设、物流成本、港口软环境、港口的管理水平、配套服务项
目的满足程度这六大方面。而且每一大类指标又可分为若干小指标：港口经济腹地规模
大小、港口设备条件、港口作业效率、船舶使费、物流服务水平等 21 个方面。根据专
家评议法，本研究将这些评价指标编制成调查问卷，通过对调查问卷的结果进行分析，
评价出 NS 港区集装箱业务目前的竞争力水平以及与主要竞争对手之间的差距。

通过对影响 NS 港区集装箱竞争力水平的指标及具体影响因素进行分析研究，本研
究认为可以通过引进合作伙伴，加强战略联盟；巩固和继续开拓内贸货源；积极发展外
贸运输；优化航线结构；拓展货源腹地等措施来有效提升 NS 港区集装箱业务的竞争力
水平。

IABSTRACT
NS port is the main force driving Guangzhou port container throughput growth,and also
is the core of Guangzhou port in the future. NS port has introduced the advanced management
of container port, with the maturity of many famous intermational shipping company’s
technology and rich experience to develop the new intermational routes, attract more
container source. But the throughput of data in 2006 to 2013 by comparing the NS port to its
major competitions in Shenzhen port, Hongkong port ,we found that,although this ratio
increased year by year,But in 2013, NS port container throughput of Shenzhen port container
throughput of 43.8%only, throughput of Hongkong port 45.8% only. This performance is a
certain gap between the target to become a regional hub port for NS port. Therefor, the
diagnosis of NS port congtainer business competitiveness, factors affecting the NS port
container business competitiveness and find solutions to these factors affecting the
countermeasures is very necessary.
In this study, NS port container business as an example of diagnosis research on business
competitiveness of port container. This paper mainly adopts the method of combining
qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis ,through the collation, analysis and research of
Guangzhou port intermal data and related information disclosure, and related personnel of the
enterprise enterviews and questionnaires, the target can objectively evaluate NS port container
business compteitiveness, factor affecting the NS port container buinenss competitiveness and
find how to deal with the Countermeasures of thes factors.
This study starts with the literrature review, introduces some of today’s home and abroad
on the port competitiveness of a number of cutting-dege research ,summarizes the existing on
the impact of container port competitiveness evalration index and methods and the possible
influece factors . Then focus on the NS container port competitiveness of the data collection
and data analysis , the endexes of the NS container port competitiveness level of extraction
and analysis .Data shows, index effcet of NS port competitiveness mainly include: port
location, port infrastructure, the cost of logistics, port soft environment, port management,
value-added services to meet the needs of the extent of these six aspects. And every kinds of
indexes can be divided into several small index: the economic hinterland of port size, port
facilities, port operation efficiency, the ship made 21aspects, the service level of the logistics
cost, the use of information technology degree. According to the expert evaluation method,
this research will these indexes compiled the questionnaire, through the ananysis of the results
