摘要
随着国内外经济形势的变化,特别是现代物流产业的发展和港口之间的激烈
竞争,大连港进入了一个历史性转折时期。大连港集团应站在港口发展的战略高
度,抓住发展综合运输体系的机遇,主动顺应世界港口发展的趋势,发展现代综
合物流产业,这是大连港集团发展战略的重要选择。“构建综合港口物流服务体
系,实施物流整合工程”是大连港集团新时期“十大”战略工程之首,大连港集
团建设综合物流体系,有利于发挥大连港集团的比较优势,符合大连港集团的企
业性质和产业成长逻辑。论文基于上述背景从大连港集团向综合物流运营商转型
的高度,对大连港的外部环境、内部条件进行客观描述,对港口物流发展现状运
用模糊层次分析法进行分析,指出大连港目前存在综合能力不足的问题,提出大
连港应向综合物流运营商发展的战略,然后设定综合物流运营商的发展定位和发
展目标,进行战略分析,提出转型的战略举措,最后辅以战略转型保障措施,这
对大连港集团转型升级具有积极的指导意义

ABSTRACT
With the change of the economic situation at home and abroad, especially the
fierce competition between the development of modern logistics industry and port, PDA
is getting into a historic transitional period. PDA Group should stand at the strategy
height of the development of port, Seize the opportunity to develop the integrated
transport system, Initiative to conform to the trends of the development of world port ,
to develop the modern port logistics industry is the important strategy choice. “Building
integrated port logistics service system,implementation of logistics integration project”
is the first in new era Ten strategic project” of PDA Group. It is conducive to play
the comparative advantages of the PDA Group, it is accord to the company's property
and its logic growth of industry. This paper is based on the above background, from the
height of the transition to an integrated logistics operators of PDA Group's and carried
out in-depth research and discussion to PDA's internal conditions and external
environment, development goals and the development of strategic choice. Elaborate that
the strategic significance about the transformation and upgrading of PDA Group. We
applies Fuzzy AHP analysis to set the development of positioning and development
goals; I recommended the development of key projects of the port logistics, put forward
the Strategic analysis of PDA Group Port in Logistics. Finally,proposed the major
initiatives and safeguard measures of PDA to be the an integrated logistics operators.
These will have a positive guiding contributes to the transformation and upgrading of
the PDA.
