本文以零缺陷管理的相关理论为理论基础,对源拓光电公司零缺陷管理实

施的可行性和必要性,进行了具体分析,在此基础上,提出了该公司实施零缺

陷管理的具体模式,目的是通过零缺陷管理模式的应用,提升公司的核心竞争

力,确保公司能够在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。

本文主要研究成果如下:第一,提出了源拓光电公司发展SWOT分析的结

论。通过STOT分析,表明源拓光电公司在发展过程中,既存在着一定的发展

机遇,并且也具备一定的优势,同时也面临着一定的发展威胁,存在着一定的

自身不足之处。总体而言,源拓光电公司在光通信及安防类监控领域所面临的

发展机遇要大于威胁,存在的发展优势要大于发展劣势;第二,提出了源拓光

电公司品质管理中存在的问题。公司在品质管理方面存在的问题主要体现在以

下几个方面:缺乏有效的质量文化、新产品导入流程缺乏有效体系的支撑、供

应商关系管理体系不完善、生产工艺及制程系统性不足、缺乏完善的服务规

程;第三,提出了源拓光电公司实施零缺陷管理的必要性和可行性。具体而

言,源拓光电公司开展零缺陷管理的必要性主要体现在以下几个方面:市场竞

争压力的增大、企业管理效率的提升、企业核心竞争力的塑造要求公司必须实

行零缺陷管理;同时,人力资源优势及现有的品质管理体系为零缺陷管理的实

施提供了保证;第四,提出了源拓光电公司零缺陷管理的模式。通过分析,提

出源拓光电公司零缺陷管理模式应当由三个部分构成,分别为内部零缺陷管理,
体系、外部零缺陷管理体系、零缺陷管理体系实施保障措施,并对这三个部分:
