摘 要
民营经济是国民经济的重要支柱，民营经济的快速发展对促进经济转型、推动社会
发展、加快科技创新、增加地方经济增长方面起着至关重要的作用。但是民营经济发展
一直是吉林市的软肋，究其原因，很大程度上是因为民营经济融资的不发达，导致企业
无法发展壮大。尽管目前针对民营企业融资的文章和理论很多,但是真正适合吉林市或
能够解决吉林市民营经济融资难问题的却少之又少
本文将从分析民营企业的特点出发，重点研究国内外民营企业融资问题的理论与实
证，将着重从民营经济、民营经济融资等几个基本概念的界定范围入手，借鉴所收集的
相关资料，对同类研究作出比较系统的总结和概括，对相关问题进行尝试性探讨，并介
绍国内外有关民营经济融资方面的情况和主要做法。同时，重点论述吉林市民营经济的
基本情况和民营经济融资的情况，并结合吉林市民营经济融资的主要特点，分析民营经
济在融资方面存在的主要问题。针对吉林市民营经济存在的问题，从多个角度提供解决
这些问题的对策。着力探究民营企业融资结构与融资途径,并提出相应的理论与解决方
式支持，对缓解民营企业融资过程中遇到的种种困难,促进吉林市民营企业的发展，同
时对民营经济的建设规模化、管理科学化、制度规范化有着深远影响
通过上述分析, 达到为今后同类的研究提供有价值的理论依据，为吉林市民营经济
主体在融资上提供一个实践上有针对性和可行性的操作办法，为政府在解决民营经济融
资问题上提供一个有益参考的目的

Abstract
Private economy is an important pillar of the national economy. Focusing
on private economy plays a vital role in promoting social development, accelerating
innovation of science and technology as well as increasing the local economic
growth. But the development of the private economy has been the weakness of Jilin
City .For the reason, largely because the financing of private economy is not
developed, which causes the enterprise not grow big. Although there are
many articles and theories about the private enterprise financing , there are few that is
really suitable for Jilin city to solve the financing difficulties .
This article begins with analyzing the characteristics of private enterprises,
combining theory and empirical about solving the financing problems of private
enterprises from in and abroad .It mainly focus on some of the basic concepts of the
private economy, the definition and concept of private economy financing.Referring to
related data collected,make a systematic summary and the summary to the similar
research. Attempting discussion on related issues, and introduces the main
methods and the private economy financing from home and abroad. At the same
time, focusing on the basic situation of Jilin private economy and private economy
financing situation,combined with the main characteristic of financing of
private economy in Jilin City, analyzing the main problems existing in the financing of
the private economy. Aiming at the existing problem of private economy in Jilin
City, provide solutions to these problems from multiple perspectives.To explore the
private enterprise financing structure and financing way, and put forward
the corresponding theoretical support and solutions, to alleviate the
financing difficulties of private enterprises, and promote the development of
private enterprises in Jilin City, and has a far-reaching influence on
the private economy construction scale, scientific management, system
standardization.
Through the above analysis, providing the valuable basis for future research of
the same subject. And for the targeted and feasible methods on private economy in
Jilin city.Last ,providing a useful reference for the purpose of government in solving
the financing problems of private economy.
