摘要

核心能力是关于企业持续发展的重要问题。越来越多的企业从只关注短期利润和市

场,开始向关注企业核心能力建设转变。如何评判企业核心能力以及如何建设企业核心

能力是其中的最重要的议题。

本文以北京市热力输配分公司发展为背景,从核心能力的角度的出发,以现有的核

心能力理论为基础,结合公司内外部实际情况,针对北京热力输配分公司核心能力的构

建与培育制定发展策略。论文首先对北京市热力输配分公司发展现状进行描述,并明确

其公司战略。根据其行业特点构建出核心能力指标。通过案例资料分析,对北京市热力

输配分公司核心能力建设现状进行评判,并寻找核心能力建设中面临的问题。最后,分

别从人才、组织协调、考核激励等方面提出了核心能力建设策略。

本文研究结论对北京市热力输配分公司核心能力建设具有一定参考意义,对行业发

展也具有一定启示意义。

Abstract

Core competencies are important issues concerning the sustainable development of

enterprises. More and more enterprises begin to pay more attention to the construction of core

competence from only concerning with short-term profits and market share. How to judge and

to build core competence are the most important issues enterprises concern about.

This paper takes Distribution Branch of Beijing Heating Company as the case and

conducts a research on construction of core competence of the company based on core

competence theory, combined with the actual situation analysis. Firstly, the status of

development of Distribution Branch of Beijing Heating Company is described, and its

corporate strategy is clarified. The core competence indicators are constructed based on the

characteristics of heating industry. Then the paper gives a review about the company's core

competence and analyzes the problems faced by Distribution Branch of Beijing Heating

Company. At last, the paper brings out some management tactics of core competency

construction of the company.

Conclusions in the paper have some reference significance for core competence

construction of Distribution Branch of Beijing Heating Company and for the companies in the

heating industry.
