LI 公司是一家从事 IT 基础设备开发、软件开发、系统集成及技术服务的
上市公司，目前正处在快速发展期。从公司所处的 IT 产业发展前景以及公司自
身的发展规划和目标看，为公司研究制定科学的融资体系已经刻不容缓。新的
融资体系既可以为公司的长远发展提供良好的资金保障，也可以避免公司高速
发展过程中产生严重的财务危机，进而影响公司的发展。此外，LI 公司所处的
IT 产业属于高新技术产业，对国民经济快速发展具有积极的推动作用，发展高
新技术产业也是提高综合国力的主要途径。高新技术的发展需要大量的资金和
资本的投入，但由于高新技术产业的高风险特征，传统的融资模式很难满足其
资金需求以及资金需求的多元化。因此，研究和设计适合高新技术公司发展所
需的融资模式和体系也具有极其重要的现实意义
本文以融资设计的理论为基础，协调各相关部门配合并制定翔实的工作计
划，对 LI 公司的经营业务及与之配套的融资体系进行了研究，并组织大家进行
了充分的讨论，同时研究了 IT 行业同类企业在融资体系方面比较好的做法，并
咨询了相关的专业人员，结合各方建议对 LI 公司目前的融资体系进行了系统的
分析评价，提出 LI 公司融资体系存在的主要问题是融资与公司的业务不匹配，
融资严重不足，融资渠道较少，内部融资资源未能有效利用，对外部融资渠道
认识不够等。最后针对症结和问题，结合日常业务的实际情况，设计了适应 LI
公司现阶段发展的融资体系，并对 LI 公司新的融资体系进行了评价

ABSTRACT
LI is a rapid-growing market-listed company which focuses on IT
fundamental device R&D, software R&D, system integration and technical
service. Considering the development prospects of IT industry and the
company's long-time goal and development plan, it is urgent to make a
reasonable financing system for the company. The new financing system
will foster the company's development by providing a solid capital
protection and preventing the potential financial crisis in the
company's rapid development. In addition, the IT industry which LI
belongs to is part of high tech industry which is a main method to enhance
the comprehensive national strength and to promote the national
economy's development. Though the high tech development requires large
amount of capital investment, however, due to the high risk attached to
the high tech industry, the traditional financing models can not meet
its capital requirements and capital diversity, which makes it more
crucial and significant to research and design the proper financing model
and system for the high tech industry.
The thesis, based on financing design theory, coordinates the
different relative departments to make an informative and detailed work
schedule, and researches on the business operation of Li company and its
financing system. After fully discussions, researches on better
financing solutions from similar enterprises in IT industry, advices
from professional consultants, and a systematical analysis on the
current financing system of Li company, some main problems of LI's
financing system have been concluded, such as the discrepancy between
the financing and company business, financing shortage, insufficient
financing channels, ineffective usage of internal financing resources
and inadequate understanding of external financing channels. Finally,
considering the relative problems and issues and the daily business
reality, the thesis provides a proper financing system for LI company
and evaluates the new financing system.
