ABSTRACT
For the deficiency of the Human resources management in State-owned coal
mining enterprises, the paper Combined characteristics of human resources
development and its actual needs to improve management efficiency. By applying the
method of absorbing modern human resources, analyze the results based on
combination of empirical analysis and normative research and state-of-the-art
computing technology,the paper took a research in the operating rules of human
resources development and management in market economy. The outcome of this
research will set up a more complete scientific system regarding human resources
development and management of coal enterprises as well as provide a theoretical
basis for the practice of human resource development and management of Hongdunzi
mine.
