医用耗材是指医院使用消耗频繁的、纳入医疗器械管理的医疗消耗配件类产品,包括低值医

用耗材和高值医用耗材。随着临床医学、材料科学、工程学的不断发展,医疗技术的不断创新,

现代科学技术在医疗领域中的应用越来越广泛,医疗服务随之不断进步和完善,新材料不断产生,

医用耗材的品种规格越来越多,应用范围越来越广,使用量越来越大,给医院的医用耗材管理工作

带来了新的挑战,医用耗材管理成为了医疗部门的重点和难点,相关研究也在不断深入,将“物

流”的相关理念应用到了医用耗材管理当中,在此基础上应用信息技术、“循证数据库”、“企

业资源计划”等解决医用耗材管理中的问题。

本文以宁夏自治区人民医院为例,从医用耗材管理体系、信息系统、采购、库存、配送等方

面分析宁夏自治区人民医院医用耗材管理现状和存在的问题,提出有效的完善措施,保障医用耗

材供应,完善医院管理流程,促进医院成本控制,提高医院管理效率,减少医院资源浪费,降低

患者就医费用,并为其他医院进行医用耗材管理完善及优化提供参考及经验。

Abstract

Medical supplies is the frequent consumption of hospitals,medical devices into the medical

consumption of accessories products, including low and high value medical supplies medical supplies.

With clinical medicine, the development of materials science, engineering ’ innovative medical

technology,modern science and technology in the medical field and more widely, along with advances

in medical care and improve,continue to produce new materials,medical supplies more and more

varieties of specifications, increasingly wide range of applications, usage is growing, to the management

of the hospital's medical supplies brought new challenges, medical supplies management has become a

key and difficult medical departments, research also deqening,thelogistics concept applied to

related medical consumables management which,on the basis of the application of information

technology, evidence-based database , enterprise resource planningand other medical supplies to

solve management problems.

In this paper, Ningxia Autonomous Region People's Hospital, for sample,from medical

supplies management systems ’ information systems,purchasing ’ inventory ’ distribution and other

aspects of die analysis of Ningxia Autonomous Region People,s Hoqrital medical consumables

management situation and existing problems,propose effective improvement measures to safeguard die

supply of medical supplies,improve hospital management processes, promote hospital cost control,

improving hospital management efficiency,reduce hospital waste resources, reduce patient medical

costs,and improve the managnent and optimization of medical supplies and experience to provide a

reference for other hospitals.
