摘 要
中国经济保持迅速发展的三十多年里,建筑业逐渐发展为国民经济支柱产业
之一,经济环境不断变化,而建筑业行业反映不够灵活,尤其是大型施工企业应
对市场反映更加缓慢,规模庞大,人员众多,结构复杂,市场适应性的缺点表现
的非常突出,云南省xx建筑工程公司(以下简称云南省xx建筑公司)便是其中一
家。长期以来,企业向何处去,如何寻找企业的发展方向,如何提高企业对接市
场的能力,如何提高企业效益,不仅是行业面临的问题,也是云南省xx建筑公司
在发展中要解决的重大问题。
本文采用了战略管理研究的经典方法对这个课题进行了研究。首先通过
PEST 分析法、五力模型、EFE 矩阵,对公司外部环境进行了分析和评价。其次,
通过对公司内部软件、硬件设施的分析、公司价值链分析和运用 IFE 矩阵,分析
评价了公司的内部环境。然后通过 SWOT 和 QSPM 矩阵选择和评价云南省 xx 建筑
公司的发展战略。最后制定了云南省 xx 建筑公司发展战略,并且给出战略实施
的具体策略。
通过上述研究,本文认为:战略管理一种思想,指导企业分析环境,正确预
测未来,扬长避短。战略管理是一个系统的、不断变化的管理过程,企业必须注
重战略管理来推动企业在发展过程中始终保持竞争力。

Abstract
In China's economy has maintained rapid development of 30 years, construction
enterprises to become one of the important pillar industry of national economic
development, but in the environment vary from minute to minute, it is awkward,
especially for large construction enterprises, due to the large scale, complex
organizational structure, lack of flexibility, adaptability to markets drawback was
obvious, Yunnan second construction engineering company (hereinafter referred to as
the Yunnan construction company) is one of them. Long-term since, the enterprise
where to go, how to find the direction of enterprise development, how to improve the
ability of enterprises docking market, how to improve enterprise efficiency, is not
only the problems facing the industry, and is a major problem of Yunnan construction
company to solve in the development of the.
This article adopts the classical methods of strategic management research on the
subject was studied. First through the PEST analysis, five model, EFE matrix, the
school company external environment was analyzed and evaluated. Secondly, through
the analysis of the internal hardware and software facilities, the company value chain
analysis and the use of IFE matrix, analysis and evaluation the company's internal
environment. And then through the SWOT and QSPM matrix selection and evaluation
strategy for the development of xx construction company in yunnan province. Finally
established in yunnan province, xx company development strategy, and strategy
implementation of specific strategies are given. Through the above research, this
paper argues that: a kind of strategic management thought, to guide enterprises
analysis environment, predict the future, foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses.
Strategic management is a system, changing the management process, enterprises
must pay attention to strategic management to promote enterprise in the process of
development always remain competitive.
