Abstract
In the 21st century, China has accelerated the pace of financial reform,
innovation and depth, in order to adapt to the structural reform of the banking
institutions and the overall business development needs, and ready to respond to a
variety of internal and external political and economic changes in the environment,
national accelerate state-owned specialized banks to the development of the
transformation of state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock commercial banks,
while the full access of foreign banks in the accession to the WTO at the same time,
economic globalization, financial integration in the banking industry increasingly
significant impact on national economy is facing unprecedented competitive
pressures .
Bank of Communications Bank is the first listing of state-owned joint-stock
commercial banks play a pivotal role in China's economic development, with the

finance, how to improve the strength of the international competition to make it in
the fierce competition survival and better development, placed in the management of
