摘要
随着经济时代和信息时代的来临,以科技创新为主要动力的高新技术企业越
来越受到关注,髙新技术企业也成为浙江省经济发展的重要支撑点,是浙江省实
现经济增长方式转型和产业结构变化的关键之一。在这样的背景下,本文以浙
江省高新技术企业为研究对象,在对以往相关研究文献进行回顾的基础上,系统
地研究了基于技术创新绩效的高新技术企业持续成长,通过定量方法全面剖析了
企业技术创新绩效对企业持续成长能力有正向影响的模型,全面研究了技术创新
绩效中的产品创新和过程创新分别与企业持续成长能力的三个维度资金充裕程
度、技术先进性、关系网络的关系。本文通过对浙江省高新技术企业的问卷调查,
主要用SPSS等统计方法对所提出的概念模型进行了验证和分析。通过理论分析
和定量实证研究,本文主要得到如下结论:
(1)本研究针对通过问卷收集的数据,检验了髙新技术企业创新绩效和企
业持续成长能力的测量维度。
(2)高新技术企业创新绩效与企业的持续成长能力呈显著正相关关系,企
业创新绩效与资金充裕程度、技术先进性、关系网络也显著正相关。
上述研究结论深化了对高新技术企业创新绩效和企业持续成长能力相互关
系的理解,使得本研究具有了一定的探索意义。本研究不仅丰富了关于高新技术
企业的理论研究,更是为高新技术企业的持续发展提供了方向。

ABSTRACT
Along with the development of economy and the coming of the information age,
More and more attention to high-tech enterprises which take the technological
innovation as die main power. High-tech enterprises have become an important
support for the economic development of Zhejiang Province. It is one of the keys of
the transformation of the economic growth mode and the change of industrial
structure of Zhejiang province. In this context,based on the relevant study on the
past,taking the high-tech enterprises in Zhejiang Province as the research object, this
papa studies on sustainable growth of new high-tech enterprise based on
technological innovation performance systematically. It quantitatively analyzes the
model of enterprise's technology innovation performance positively influencing
sustainable growth ability of enterprise roundly, and then systematically analyzes the
relationship between product innovation, process innovation, namely the 2 dimensions
of technological innovation performance,and capital adequacy , advanced
technology, relational network,namely the 3 dimensions of sustainable growth
ability of enterprise. This paper applies SPSS analysis of the data collected from the
high-tech enterprises in Zhejiang Province to test and analyze the conceptual
framework. After the qualitative and quantitative analysis,we come to the following
conclusions:
A.Based on the data got from the questionnairethis dissertation tests the
dimension of the high-tech enterprise's technology innovation performance and
sustainable growtii ability of enterprise.
B.There is a significant and positive correlation between the high-tech
enterprise's innovation performance and enterprise sustainable growth ability of
enterprise.
Enterprise's innovation performance and capital adequacy, advanced
technology, relational network have significant and positive correlation.
The above finding deepens understanding the relationship between the
enterprise's technological innovation performance and sustainable growth ability of
enterprise, which makes this research more explicatively significant. The research
not only enriches the theoretical study on high-tech enterprises, and provides the
direction for the sustainable growth of high-tech enterprises.

1绪论
1.1研究背最
高新技术企业是高新技术产业发展和战略性新兴产业培育的主体,高新技术
企业已成为浙江省经济转型和社会发展的重要支撑点。自2008年以来,浙江省
共认定(复审)4010家高新技术企业,其中,2009年认定1065家,2010年认
定715家,2011年认定698家和复审通过1532家。浙江省高新技术企业地区分
布和领域分布均较为宽广,见表1.1和表1.2。
