PDM/ERP作为企业日常运营的信息化管理工具已引入我国多年。天传所公司作
为我国电气传动及自动化制造领域主要的科研开发和生产基地,立足于行业与自
身实际,通过制定详细周密的PDM/ERP系统运行计划并付诸实施,初步实现了
现行企业管理体系与信息化系统的融合。通过PDM/ERP项目的实施,天传所公
司有效地梳理了企业的基础数据及资料,使信息的传递和流转更加规范、准确,
企业管理更加透明化;PDM/ERP项目的实施还提高了公司数据资料的共享程度,
规范了原有工作流程,使各部门协同办公能力大幅提升,减少了人为因素导致的
工作失误,实现了订单状态的实时跟踪,使公司决策、管理及执行更加准确。
同时也要看到,因信息化系统规划不准确、需求不明晰、制度不完善、软硬
件投入不足、高层变动频繁、缺乏专业技术团队、标准化力度欠缺等多种原因,
导致天传所公司PDM/ERP系统和实际需求仍然未完全融合。
因此,天传所公司PDM/ERP系统的后续推进过程中,必须要明确系统定位
及预期目标;制定有效的实施策略;重视包含产品设计师、企业领导和合作伙伴
等的实施队伍的组建;加强各部门协同配合;取得企业决策层的高度重视和全力
支持,把实施PDM/ERP与企业改制和改革相结合;充分重视产品数据的标准化
和流程的规范化;确保资金及人员的持续投入;加强全员培训教育。通过以上手
段使PDM/ERP系统与公司管理需求趋于深度融合,使企业信息化平台的价值最
大化,使公司管理体系达到国内先进水平,有效提升企业生产力和生产经营效率。

ABSTRACT
Informationization is the inevitable choice for modern enterprise in facing competition,
improving labor productivity and achieving efficient management. ERP/PDM as a daily operation
tool of enterprise informationization management has been introduced for many years in our
country. TEDRI, as a major R&D and production base in electric drive and automation
manufacturing area in China, based on the industry with its own reality, through elaborating
detailed ERP/PDM operating plan and putting into practice, the company has initially realized the
integration of the existing enterprise management system and informationization system. Through
executing the ERP / PDM project, TEDRI has effectively sorted out the company&39;s basic data and
information, to enable transmission and transfer of information to be more standardized and
accurate, and the enterprise management to be more transparent; at the same time,the
implementation of ERP / PDM project also has improved the degree of company data sharing and
standardized the original workflow, to enable coordination capabilities between various
departments to be improved dramatically and the errors caused by human in the work to be
reduced to achieve a real-time tracking in order status, make the company decision-making,
management and execution are more accurate.
Also be noted that,due to some factors such as inaccurate information system plans,
indeterminate demands, imperfect institutions, inadequate investment in hard-wares and
soft-wares, frequent high-level changes, lack of professional and technical teams and lack of
standardization efforts,led to TEDRI&39;s ERP / PDM system and the actual demands have been still
not fully integrated.
Therefore, the TEDRI must be clear system positioning and expectant targets in the
subsequent process of ERP/PDM system; make effective implementation strategies; pay attention
to the implementation of team formation including product designers,business leaders and
partners; strengthen synergy between various departments; obtain the enterprise decision-makers,
great attention and full support to integrate the implementation of PDM / ERP system with
enterprise restructuring and reform; pay attention to the standardization of product data and the
normalization of the flow; ensure continued investment in capital and personnel; strengthen staff
training education. Through the above methods to enable PDM / ERP system and management
needs of the company tend to deep integration, and to maximize the value of the enterprise
information platform, make company management system to reach the domestic advanced level,
effectively enhance the productivity and enterprise production and operational efficiency.

一、绪论
(一)研究背景
当前我国国民经济正从快速发展进入平稳发展的轨道。国民经济持续数年的
高速增长已使我国国民经济的总量进入世界前列,但经济的高速发展也带来了巨
大的资源和环境问题。如何降低经济发展对环境的影响、减少其资源消耗,这已
曰渐成为我国经济发展过程中必须面对并解决的课题。与此相对应,社会和经济
的信息化以及信息技术的有效、广泛应用,大大地缩短了人们各项经济活动的时
间和空间,有效地减少了物资消耗,有效缓解了经济发展与生存环境的矛盾,促
进了经济与环境的和谐发展。
近几年,我国政府提出了的信息化和工业化“两化融合”概念,目的是我国
的工业化进程不再走弯路,真正正确的走上新型工业化道路。就我国实际情况来
看,工业在GDP中占比超过50%,其中制造业占工业的80%左右。制造业也是
我国对环境影响、资源损耗最严重的领域,所以在我国要实现两化的融合,制造
业是最大且最为紧迫的领域。制造业信息化不仅仅是信息技术的应用和提升、传
统管理的改进和优化,它是一个现代管理制度、实施企业的发展规划、自动化、
设计、生产和信息技术的融合的过程,它也是一个不断地优化企业的管理模式及
流程过程,缩短产品研发、工程设计、生产、运营的过程,能有效提高企业的市
场竞争能力。
随着全球经济一体化进程进一步加快,特别是2008年以来的全球性经济危
机的持续发酵,我国企业面临的竞争更加激烈,一些中小企业特别是制造业面临
着很大冲击。中小企业生死存亡的关键因素是:能否完善内部控制、优化管理模
式、实现高效管理、不断技术升级来面对未来市场竞争,而信息化手段是提高装
备制造企业的管理水平、降低生产损耗、提高工作效率、增强市场竞争力、快速
实现其产品技术升级的必然之选。
PDM/ERP是企业的运营管理工具,其范围涉及到企业的设计、研发、计划、
人力资源、预算、釆购、生产、核算、考核等多个管理层面,且作为企业信息化
的工具引入我国已经有多年历史,在实践中实施成功的案例也很多。由于在信息
化的环境下,企业的管理流程与内部控制环境都需要发生了较大的变化,其重点
己经从对“人治”转变为对互联网、计算机和人的控制,在目前运营PDM/ERP
环境下,分析、研究企业的内部运营控制及管理模式的在现代企业中的合理性,
信息化系统模式及信息化系统设计的合理性就成了我们必要研究的课题。
