寻求对农业产业化龙头企业的融资支持,从而实现解决“三农问题”和推动
地方经济发展是当前学术界及各级政府十分关注的问题,从各级政府的政策制定
到金融机构的配套信贷制度都对农业产业化龙头企业的融资提供了一定的便利。

但农业的弱质性、资本的趋利性决定了农业产业化龙头企业融资困难制约了企业
的发展壮大。

甘肃通达果汁有限公司作为国家级农业产业化龙头企业,内源融资困难、外
源融资渠道单一、经营风险增大、缺乏风险补偿手段,制约了企业的进一步发展
壮大。

本文通过分析甘肃通达果汁有限公司的融资条件、融资现状、融资问题,并
结合国家的产业政策、农发行的信贷政策、银行结算手段及政策性保险机构的融
资及风险补偿手段,针对性地提出适合甘肃通达果汁有限公司融资问题解决的对
策。

ABSTRACT
Seeking the financial support for some leading agricultural enterprises to resolve the three
rural problems and promote local economic development has been the key point that the current
academic circles and governments must focus on. The policies of governments at all levels and
credit systems of many financial institutions have always offered financial convenience to these
agricultural leading enterprises. But regarding the feebleness of agriculture and the fickle
characteristics of capital, these enterprises could not expand wildly because they still face the
financing difficulties.
Gansu Tongda Juice Co.,LTD., as a national agricultural industrialization leading enterprise,
has abovementioned financial problems which restrict its further development. Such as the
endogenous financing is limited, the channel of exogenous financing is single, the management
risk keeps rising while the compensation of risk is absent.
Through the analysis about the financing condition of Gansu Tongda Juice Co,LTD.,
considering the national industrial policies, the banking credit policies, the supports of insurance
institutions, and the compensatory methods of risk,this article would suggest some suitable
solutions.
