BOM 主要的目的在于记录产品使用的材料清单,做为将来材料成本估算,
物料需求计算,开立成套发料单使用,特别适用于组装性(Assembly)产业,但若
面对复杂加工业或多道加工制程的产业,BOM 将会变得非常复杂且难以维护,
其中工程部门在编定半成品料号,物控部门在物料需求计算,生管部门在安排加
工计划,工单(M/O)发放与开立成套发料单,现场部门在报完工,仓库部门在进
出帐作业都会变得非常困难。为了解决以上问题,将 BOM 回归原来的基本功能,
必须研究出一套新的 BOM 结构来满足复杂加工业的需求。

本研究以 A 公司为例,将其原先设定复杂的 BOM 结构简化,分离出 BOM
与途程(Routing) ,BOM 负责物料需求计算,开立成套发料单,途程(Routing)
负责制程控管与现场监控,如此既能满足 BOM 原来功能又能简化 BOM 的复杂
性。让工程部门,生管部门,物控部门,制造部门,仓储部门都能大幅减轻作业
负荷。

ABSTRACT
The main purpose of BOM is to record the part list of materials, used them as
future material cost estimate, material requirement calculation, releasing full set of
dispatch list, especially suitable for assembly industry. But BOM will become very
complex and difficult to maintain when faced with complex processing or
multichannel processing industry. The engineering department on scheduled
semi-finished materials, Material control department in MRP computing, Production
management department in the organization of the processing plan, distribution of
manufacture order ( M / O ) and full set of dispatch list, The manufacturing sector in
report of completion, operation of input-output financial of warehouse will become
very difficult. In order to solve the above problems, Returned BOM to the original
basic, we must work out a new set of BOM structure to meet the demand of complex
processing.
Using A company as an example, this paper simplify the complex BOM
structure, divide BOM and routing. BOM is use for material requirement calculation,
releasing set of set of dispatch list and work order, routing is use for process and
on-site monitoring.so sush, both can satisfy the original BOM function and can
simplify the complexity of BOM. Let the engineering department, Production
management department, material control department, manufacturing department,
warehousing department can greatly reduce the work load.
