幵展甘肃邮政速递EMS竞争战略研究,将为加快甘肃邮政速递EMS发展乃至
增强我国快递市场经济活力,推动快递企业合理、合法市场竞争起到巨大的推动
作用,有利于提高甘肃邮政速递物流有限公司EMS业务的竞争力与企业管理水
平,促进企业进一步发展壮大。甘肃邮政速递物流有限公司通过竞争研究,可以
制定行之有效的竞争办法,提高管理水平,加强体制机制改革,把EMS业务逐步
打造成为我省最具有市场竞争力的业务。

本文分析了甘肃邮政EMS竞争的现状,对当前面临的内外部环境进行了深入
研究,提出了着力通过业务分层发展、产品品质提升和成本效益管控三个方面来
实施差异化战略应对市场竞争。

本论文的研究,对于加强甘肃邮政EMS竞争发展,提升企业管理水平、服务
能力、市场拓展能力和市场占有率将起到帮助和指导作用。

ABSTRACT
To carry out research on competitive strategy of Gansu post express EMS, will speed up the
Gansu post express EMS development and enhance China's express delivery market economy
vigor, promote reasonable, lawful market competition of express enterprises play a tremendous
role in promoting, conducive to improving the Gansu Post Express Logistics Limited company
EMS business competitiveness and enterprise management level, promote the further development
of enterprises to expand, Gansu Post Express Logistics Limited company through competitive
research, can make effective competition approach, improve the level of management, strengthen
.the reform of system and mechanism, the EMS business gradually become me to save the market
the most competitive business.
This paper analyzes the Gansu postal EMS competition situation, on the current external
environment had thorough research, put forward to the business layer development, upgrading
product quality and cost control in three aspects to carry out poor dissimilation strategy to deal
with the market competition.
The research of Gansu postal EMS, to strengthen the development of competition, enhance
the management level of enterprises, service capability, marketing capability and market share will
help and guidance.
