CMMI作为国际主流的过程改进模型,在中国软件企业界已获得广泛认可。现在,越
来越多的软件公司开始导入CMMI模型,以此提高他们的项目管理水平和软件产品质量。

CMMI相关资质认证已逐步成为中国软件公司项目管理规范化,以及参与重大项目资质审
查的必要条件。

然而,CMMI的推广实施一个复杂的过程,国内对CMMI模型的研究大都基于理论方
面,涉及软件企业具体实施的案例不多。本文先深入介绍CMMI基础理论,然后阐述P
公司基于CMMI的软件开发项目管理体系推广实施过程,最后结合P公司软件开发项目
管理体系在ECIF软件幵爱项目的应用实例,来说明CMMI模型在提升软件项目管理水平
的积极作用,并为实施CMMI的软件研发企业提供参考和借鉴。 ’

ABSTRACT
With the increasing number of software development projects, products quality is also
becoming more difficult to control with increasing risks. It's now becoming an industry
problem to effectively mange software projects and ensures corresponding quality.
CMMI,one of the mainstream software development process improvement models, has
been widely recognized by Chinese software enterprises. In nowadays, more and more
software companies are starting to adopt CMMI to improve their project management and
software quality. In fact, CMMI has now become the de facto project management model for
domestic software companies,especially in the qualification process of major projects.
However, the promotion of CMMI application is quire complex. The domestic research
in this area mostly still on the theoretical level with few live cases. This thesis starts with an
introduction to basic CMMI theory, and then continues with its application in P Company. At
last, the live case of CMMI adoption in P Company is thoroughly reviewed and elaborated to
give a feasible approach for similar domestic companies which also want to benefit from
CMMI.
