摘要
随着信息技术的不断发展,国内许多大型的矿业企业已经不再是传统落后
的生产模式,现代信息化技术己经被广泛应用到煤炭企业的日常生产和管理工
作中,尤其是以神华集团为代表的国内大型矿业巨头己经充分认识到信息化对
于企业的日常生产、安全和管理的重要作用。本文通过对以神华集团下属的最
大的煤炭企业——神东煤炭集团为代表的大型煤炭企业的信息化建设模式的研
究和探讨,提出了在大型矿业集团中信息化总体框架、建设模式和实施策略。

我们以建设大型数字化的煤炭企业为总体战略目标。针对企业决策管理、
生产经营各个不同层次的功能,以及各应用分系统的组成,其他支撑环境等综
合的构成状况将战略目标按层次分解,分别从企业信息化的三个层面即生产安
全现场监测监控、企业经营管理层、决策支持层等方面进行了阐述。

本文对GIS系统相关内容进行了介绍,并着重对建立基于GIS的地质水文
基础数据管理系统,基于GIS的矿井安全监测监控系统和以此为基础的决策支
持系统进行了详细的分析和研究,得出了现代大型矿业集团信息化的基本建设
模式。最后,论文指出了本文的一些不足和探讨了国内煤炭企业信息化建设发
展方向。

Abstract
With the continuous development of information technology,many large
domestic mining enterprises are no longer using the traditional and backward mode of
production. Modern information technology has been widely applied to the coal
enterprises' production and daily management. Shenhua Group,which is represented
by large domestic mining giants,have been fully aware of the information on the
importance of daily production, safety and management. In this paper, we will
research and study the information technology models of Shendong Coal Group,
which is the largest coal company of Shenhua Group, represented by large-scale coal
enterprise,and mention the general framework of information technology, building
models and implementation strategies of a large mining group.
The overall strategy goal is building a large digital coal enterprise. In view of the
enterprise decision-making management, and operation of various different functions,
and each of the components of the system, as well as other supporting environment
components, the strategy goal will be decomposed by level. We will describe from
safety site inspection and monitoring,business management layer and decision layer
etc.
This article describes the GIS system, and particularly analysises and researches
the geological and hydrological data base management system based on GIS and
mine safety monitoring system based on GIS as well as decision support system, and
at last come to the modem large-scale mining group patterns of information
technology infrastructure.Finally, the paper points out the shortcomings of this paper
and discussed the national coal enterprise informationization construction
development direction.
