摘要
本文重点研究供应链管理在制造型企业的问题与解决对策。精益化供应链管理缘
自于制造企业内外部前所未有的竞争环境,它可以帮助制造型企业实现供应链管理层
次本质的飞跃。经过长时间实践的洗礼与转化,精益供应链管理真正为制造型企业优
化了供应链各个环节的运行效率,提高了产品的生产质量,并且有效地节约了运营成
本。

众所周知,中国医疗器材制造型企业在面临着历史机遇的同时,也不可避免地面
对着巨大的挑战。中国经济发展的客观环境、世界经济全球化的发展趋势、当下企业
所处的竞争环境与医疗器材制造型企业的现状,要求企业必须对现有的资源进行合理
的整合与优化,促进企业可持续性发展。医疗器材制造型企业转型的途径,可以通过
加大产品的创新与开发,实行精益化的管理,优化供应链管理等措施实现。

本文通过阐述供应链、供应链管理、精益供应链管理的概念,以及相关国内外供
应链管理理论研究;分析精益供应链管理架构的核心要素,即建立供应链战略联盟,
建立 5S 现场管理实现操作层面上的优化;建立 QIP(质量改善项目)系统;建立持
续改善供应链管理下的精益生产来验证精益供应链管理优化为医疗器材制造型企业
创造价值的重要性和可行性。本文以“科泰”公司为例,剖析供应链管理优化存在的
动因和解决问题的具体方法,详细介绍了供应链管理在“科泰”公司具体实施过程中
遇到的重要问题以及使用精益供应链管理应对相关问题的优越性。基于精益化的供应
链管理优化为制造型企业带来的突破性的变革和改善,以“科泰”公司作为案例分
析,对其他的医疗器材制造企业具有一定的参考意义和实践价值,可以推动中国的医
疗制造型企业尽快地从“世界代工厂”转变为“中国制造”。

本文以“科泰”上海子公司为例,在其先进的供应链管理理念基础上,对其相关
架构以及资源进行优化,从而提高供应链管理的效率,降低供应链管理的成本,以系
统化管理企业的运作,达到整体效益的最大化。本文也可作为外商独资企业在中国以
及本土制造型企业在医疗器械精益供应链管理过程中的案例。

Abstract
This thesis focuses on supply chain management in manufacturing enterprises and
solutions related. Lean supply chain management originated from the unprecedented
internal and external competition environment in the manufacturing firm, it can help
manufacturing enterprises to have access nature of the leap of the supply chain
management-level. After a long time practice of baptism and conversion, lean supply chain
management really optimized for enterprise to enhance operational efficiency of supply
chain , improve production quality and saving operating costs.
As we all know, medical equipment manufacturing enterprises not only encounter
historical opportunities, but also inevitably faced with a huge challenge. Objective of
China's economic development environment, the development trend of the globalization of
the world economy, the current competitive environment the manufacturing enterprise face
with. It requires enterprises must be reasonable to have integration and optimization of
existing resources to promote sustainable development of enterprises. Ways to transform
medical equipment manufacturing enterprises, it can be implemented to increase
innovation and development of products , the implementation of lean management and
optimization of supply chain management measures.
This article made by elaborating on the supply chain, the supply chain management,
and lean supply chain management concepts, as well as domestic and international supply
chain management theories; analysis of the core elements of the lean supply chain
management framework, namely the establishment of the strategic alliance of the supply
chain, to establish 5S management operations level optimization; to establish the QIP
(Quality Improvement Project) system; to establish continuous improvement in the supply
chain management, Through developing lean production to verify the value and feasibility
of lean supply chain management optimization for medical equipment manufacturing
enterprises . As “KeTai” for instance, analysis on supply chain management to optimize the
existing motivation and access problem-solving methods, described in detail for the
important issues of the supply chain management encountered in the process of KeTai
“company specific implementation and show the superiority by using of lean supply chain
management to solve the related issues. Based on the Lean supply chain management
optimization to manufacturing enterprises breakthrough changes and improvements, Use
KeTaicompany as a case study, in which have a certain reference significance and
practical value of the medical equipment manufacturing enterprises can promote the
medical manufacturing enterprises in China transform from the world's foundry into Made
in China as soon as possible.
This article use KeTai subsidiary in Shanghai for example, in its state-of-the-art
supply chain management concept based on its architecture and resource optimization,
supply chain management to improve efficiency and reduce the cost of the supply chain
management, making systematic management the operation of the enterprise, to maximize
the overall effectiveness. This article is also available as a case of wholly foreign-owned
enterprises in China as well as local medical devices manufacturing enterprises in lean
supply chain management process .
