本文从煤炭企业的特点出发,运用企业战略的一般理论、蓝海战略理论分析
了煤炭企业战略研究的必须性,研究并制定了兖州煤业公司发展战略,在分析了兖
州煤业公司自身的优势、劣势以及外部的机遇与挑战的基础上,提出了兖州煤业
公司的发展战略为稳定增长型战略。在立足国内煤炭市场的基础上,积极扩展海
外市场,依托企业的核心竞争力实施“走出去”战略,加强国际资源合作。在保
持煤炭主业地位的同时,合理的优化配置资源,大力发展非煤产业,以实现兖州
煤业公司的可持续发展。
本文共分为六个部分,第一部分简要介绍选题的背景与研究意义,第二部分
对发展战略的相关理论进行了简要表述,第三部分是对企业所处的经营环境进行
分析,第四部分是对企业自身的内部环境进行了分析,第五部分是企业发展战略
选择的分析,第六部分是对企业发展战略实施方式的分析。

ABSTRACT
Yanzhou coal mining Co.,LTD as a listed company in China and overseas ,plays
an important role in our countiy, it is an important coal production bases, for a steady
supply of coal energy field. But coal field met a series of problems, such as increasing
the intense market competition, the rise of renewable energy and reduce the water itself.
According to the enterprise development problems met in the process, based on their
own development in this industry and even the whole country macro policies, work out
a suitable development strategy is imminent.
This paper from the coal enterprise features,use of the general theory of corporate
strategy, Blue Ocean Strategy theory has analyzed the necessity of the coal enterprises
of strategic research, study and formulated the development strategy of Yanzhou Coal
Mining Company Limited.Yanzhou Coal Mining Company strengths, weaknesses and
external opportunities and challenges on the basis of Yanzhou Coal Mining Company
Limited's development strategy for steady growth strategy. Based on the domestic coal
market, and actively expand the overseas market, relying on the core competitiveness of
enterprises going out strategy to strengthen the cooperation of international resources.
Optimal allocation of resources to maintain the status of the main coal industry,
vigorously develop the non-coal industries, in order to achieve the sustainable
development of Yanzhou Coal Mining Company.
This article is divided into six parts, the first part introduces the background and
significance of the research briefly,the second part is to the related theory of
development strategy, the third part is to enterprise in the analysis of the business
environment, the fourth part is to enterprise in the analysis of the internal
environment,the fifth part is to enterprise development strategy analysis,the sixth part
is to enterprise development strategy implementation methods of analysis
