摘要
企业战略的制定是动态且长期的一个过程,也是企业管理当中的一个重要环节,
企业战略制定的好坏直接关系到一个公司的命运,目前所处的时代正在发生翻天覆地
的变化,企业不开发新产品、不拓展新领域、将会被社会所淘汰,只有坚持推陈出新,
才能跟的上时代的步伐,企业战略才能适应多变的环境。尤其是在当前,中国加入
WTO、行业内的激烈竞争和国内建筑业大好的形势下,显得格外重要。A集团公司TH
是面临这种局势,虽然整体的发展是处于逐步上升的阶段,但是必须做好公司在未来
市场竞争中的战略规划。

论文首先对A集团公司的基本情况进行了详细介绍,然后运用PEST法、SWOT
法、五力模型法对内外环境进行了分析,并用内部、外部因素评价矩阵法,分析其中
优势、劣势、机会和威胁。首先通过宏观环境指出A集团公司外部现阶段正处在一个
大发展的历史时期,对现有同行业重点竞争对手进行了剖析,找出相互的优点和缺点,
并对房地产和多元业务中的物流、汽车产业所在的行业竞争结构进行了阐述。其次,
对A集团公司内部资源和优势进行了分析,指出其中存在的问题并提出相应改进意见。

最后,对A集团公司的总体发展战略分析,论述了采取控制和战略实施的方式。

论文主要对A集团公司现有战略的分析,使用相关的分析方法,并对其中出现的
问题提出了改进意见,希望能对A集团公司今后的战略制定起到一定的指导作用,以
此提升公司在市场中的竞争力,满足公司持续发展的需要。

Abstract
The formulation of enterprise strategies is a dynamic and long-term process, also an
important element of enterprise management. The strategy formulation is closely linked with
the destiny of the enterprise. Earth-shaking changes are taking place currently. If an
enterprise doesn't develop new products and explore new fields, it will be eliminated by
society. Only if keep innovative, an enterprise can keep up with the pace of the times and the
enterprise strategies can adapt to the changing environment. It is especially significant in
such a situation that China has joined the WTO and the competition is fierce in the industry
and the domestic construction industry is excellent. A group is in such a situation. Although
the overall development is gradually increasing, the strategic planning for the future market
competition must be made.
This paper first gives a brief introduction to the basic situation of A group and then
applies PEST. SWOT and Porter's Five Forces Model to analyze the internal and external
environment. The Internal and Hxternai Factor Evaluation Matrix are also applied to analyze
the superiority weakness, opportunity and threats. Firstly, it indicates through macro
em ironment that A group is in a historical period oi、development in its outside en\ ironment.
The present main competitors in the same industry are analyzed and mutual superiorities and
weaknesses of are obtained. Real estate and multiple business logistics as well as the
industn competition structure of automobile industry are stated. Secondly, the internal
resources and superiorities of A group are analyzed. The existing problems are pointed out
and corresponding improving suggestions are put forward. Lastly, the overall developing
strategies of A group are analyzed and the ways of taking control and strategy
implementation are discussed.
This paper mainly analyzes the present strategies of A group.Related analytical methods
are applied and improving suggestions are put forward. Hopefully, it can play a guiding role
in the future strategies formulation of A group and the company's market competiveness can
be promoted and meet the demand of the company's sustainable development.
